The food came out looking like it had sat for a while before being brought out. My wife's fajitas came out and were not sizzling. That seemed very odd. The metal plate it came out on was cool enough to touch.My son and I both ordered my favorite meal, ranchiladas. The meat looked leathery and old. It was tough. The cheese enchiladas did not look much better. The sauce had congealed. It was an odd color of brown and was granular in texture. Everything was bland.The waiter came by and asked how everything was. I told him it was not so good and it seemed it was sitting for a while. He came back after 10 or so minutes and let us know he comped my meal. Out of 3 pretty bad meals, we paid for two.I am sad so say, I don't think I will go back.
This used to be one of my favorites for Fajitas and a good Margarita but the last 2 times in 2 months have been awful. Thought after first time would give it a second chance and was highly disappointed again. Food VERY bland/no taste and how can fajitas not have any taste.My daughter got a fajita salad. Bland no taste no avocado as it says. Photos on menu and online look MUCH better than in person.Will not come here again. Sorry to say this place has really gone down hill.
First time eating here, and sad to say food wasn't as good as I hoped. BUT The service was WONDERFUL. Ashley was helpful, kind and patient with my 3 disabled children. The hostess was also friendly n kind I wished I got her name.Anyways I'll try the food again because of these girls. Thank you all so much.4 stars for the girl. ?? ?? ??
The service was excellent! Their chips and HUGE, hot, and crispy! Ask for a side of hot chili's for your salsa too. Good with or without.
Like so many places, trying to get workers. The ones there did their best. We loved their chips and salsa. A+ We placed some take out orders and they weren't quite right or I would've given them 5 stars. Excellent margaritas!! Give OTB a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I'm sorry to have to say that this-the most recent-visit to this restaurant was THE ABSOLUTE worst visit I've ever had to this chain. The reason is because the food was terrible. My wife tried to get her meal replaced, however with a certain ingredient left off. The replacement plate was no better than the first. It tasted like pickle juice was poured all over the food. My burrito plate with shredded pork was the 'driest' prepared you could think of. There was no seasoning on the pork and it seemed as though any any moisture in the meat was dehydrated. I'm sorry for being honest but I have eaten at this restaurant chain dozens of times over the years. I hope this visit doesn't represent a trend franchise wide. I gave 2 stars vise 1 because the wait staff did their best to help when we voiced our displeasure. Its going to be some time before I patronize here again if at all. Let's hope things improve.
Second experience and I don’t think I will be bothered to come back. Kids apple juice was filled with ice to the top of the cups. Tried to ask the waiter for less ice but the response I got was the apple juice cans don’t fill the cup. I suppose kids prefer to have watery juice. Second thing is food takes over 20 min to arrive at our table. Basically fill up on chips and salsa. Asked for napkins they didn’t come until we had to ask a second time. we received 4 adult menus when we had 2 children and had to ask for kids menus. This is not worth having a third experience like this. Also was asked if we needed anything with our meal….yes how about utensils.
Food was good. Service was terrible! Waited 20 minutes for drinks, water only came after the third ask and after our meal arrived. Then waited 10 min for tortillas which were for fajitas. Waitress forgot everything and then even forgot when we asked again. They were not busy and had 3 other servers that seemed to be keeping up just fine. Others were complaining also in our section. 2 stars is because the food was good. I completely understand if someone is having an off night, but it appeared she may not be cut out to be a server. I've been here many times, but not recently. Restaurant just didn't have the same vibe it used to have.
I had the mesquite grilled chicken. It was nicely flavored but not too spicy. The grilled veggies tasted great too.
I got the fish taco for lunch as to-go. Food tasted good, portion size was large, I was well greeted by the staff. The reason I'm taking stars off is because I requested for a corn taco instead of wheat taco, was assured but still was handed a wheat taco. If I happened to have gluten allergy, I would be in trouble with this. Food safety is no joke folks, pay attention!
