This place gets 5stars for the best customer service provided by Joe. From the moment he came to our table his up beat attitude, polite manners, and good service made the whole experience and food amazing. We will be back to this establishment just for Joe's service.Good job Joe!
Is it still trendy to be snarky about Olive Garden? I love the place and feel sorry for those who snark. The food is good enough, they don't try to make all their money off of wine sales (i.e., the wines are reasonably priced), and I absolutely love their bottomless salad. My experiences with the wait staff always range between good to excellent. One wish: I'd feel more comfortable eating there if their chicken was free range, humanely raised, etc.
Better than last time. At least there was enough sauce to taste this time. Seems like they are getting very skimpy on the sauces lately, also noted by the other two couples we were with. I don't think it's worth the money just to eat slightly seasoned pasta.
Finally life is returning back to normal. Presently surprised to find that the Olive garden are no longer required to wear masks. Nice to see at least one corporate has the guts to do what we all know needs to happen eventually.
The food was not that good I got the trio and it tasted old and dry. The waitress was nice and very timely with everything. I didn't have to wait to long to be served. I'm probably never going to an olive garden again. It's whom ever cooks their food that has made up my mind that olive garden's food isn't worth my money anymore.
As we were sitting waiting for our meal we watched the bus boys fling the food and debris off the table that they were cleaning and left it on the floor. It was disgusting. Not only that but our waiter not even 10 minutes after we got our dinner brought us to go boxes and seemed to try to rush us out. Food was so so. Don't think we will be back. It was not that clean and the front desk people were curt and not very friendly.
Our server, Justin, had such a great attitude. He made our experience this afternoon very pleasant. We loved the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks for a great lunch deal
Olive Garden has for the most part been a decent place when it come to service. Yes the food could be better but then again its Olive Garden. On todays Visit I want to focus on the lack of service. We had a party of ten and we know and understand that there will be a wait.. however eating for drinks soup and silverware should be minimal. I get that food can only be processed as fast as the cooks are able, but what about drinks, soup spoons or just simply asking “ if we need anything once we finally flag our server to our table”, I waited 15 min plus for a water refill, my second soup had no spoon and had to wait ten minutes for a spoon. Please note that when I asked for a spoon I was brought silver ware again.. clock resets and waited another 5 minutes.. who like cold soup???? I asked for more breadsticks for the whole table and we where brought one basket.. note at at this time everyone has their food. Table of ten and we get 6 breadsticks. Maybe I’m venting but by far this has been the worst Olive Garden experience. Really sucks because we for the most part have had great experiences at many Olive gardens nation wide. To the management staff- please take the time to provide the right tools for servers to be able to succeed. To the server please don’t loose that Olive Garden customer service standard that many customers love. I have been enjoying 18 years of Olive Garden and again this one visit has been the worst experience I have had.
Olive Garden kids nothing if not consistent. You know exactly what you will get here every time, and you like it or you don’t. My daughter loves this place, so we come often.
Diah was hot and delivered quickly. The waitress was awesome very nice and helpful but not too bothersome. Good place for Italian eats and relaxing environment.
