We had the most pleasant experience today at lunch. Our server Josh was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious and served in a timely. I have not been to Olive Garden in a very long time but this experience might just make me come back. So thank you Josh for making our experience so lovely and being so thoughtful in your service.
Always a pleasure! We arrived and were told it would be a 30 minute wait for my party of 6; not a problem, of course. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they had a table ready in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant is always clean; the staff is friendly and attentive; and, the food is delicious. Thanks for a great evening Olive Garden!
First Johanna asked for our drink order and we asked do they serve Shirley Temples , Johanna said yes and we asked for it and she then brought us plain sprite. When we informed Robin of the error Johanna proceeded to say we didn’t ask for those drinks.It went down hill from there . When I alerted Robin she over charged us for an extra soup that she brought out that was not ordered separately , we thought it came with the Shrimp Fritto Misto. She did not explain that soup doesn’t come with every meal.So her solution was to remove what I actually ordered which was the unlimited soup and salad lunch deal and charge us for a soup and salad separately adding an extra $10 to our bull instead of removing the extra soup.This service was unexceptionally worse than any other time. I felt unvalued, uncared for and like what I wanted didn’t matter, my experience didn’t matter and my concerns didn’t matter. Just horrible service. Almost like I wasn’t important enough to be listened to and Like I should’ve just been grateful to get any service at all.All I can say is do better Olive GardenThis is my third time here and my worst experience because of these two individuals
Came in for a Birthday party. Had a party of five. Food was hot and tasty. Drink refills were quick except bar orders.Took 20 min to get another margarita. They did sing for the birthday boy. The waiter overall was phenomenal. Prices really have gone up I noticed. Newer menus. No free birthday desert anymore. They charge you. Alcoholic prices were ridiculous.Overall I would give it a B+ experience.
I hadn't been back to an Olive Garden in years due to the high salt content in their meals. I had dinner with a friend recently and could actually taste the food and not all the salt. Our server was amazingly upbeat and ensured his customers were well served. It saddened me to know how little they get paid, so our tips really matter! OG, you have the Best Server's ever!
The service was quick,,, hostess, waiters, and cashier were all perfectly respectful and went out of their way to make us have a perfectly well almost nutritious lunch. Thank you employees for the best service ever.
Food is always good and they are very health conscious and disinfect surfaces between customers
There was a 30min wait time but we were seated quickly.Birthday celebration was nice. Food was good, prices were affordable. Watch out for those spiked punches they come with a bang!!! Lol
The restaurant was busy but we were seated right away. The food was yummy (as always) and our server was efficient and friendly. This is one of my favorite restaurants!
Ate here tonight with my mom and sister. Our waiter was great, even though he was super busy. The food tasted just fine. Until about an hour later when I started not feeling well. Yep... Food poisoning. I will never eat at any Olive Garden again after this. I'm completely miserable.
