I drive 30 minutes from my house and to receive this raspado no icecream not even full cup pay $5.11 they didn’t have any ice cream in stock just a green cream and chocolate or any Cut fruit and they close till 9pm and come at 7:55pm why are they open if they don’t have anything

You can already feel the attitude once you come in through the door. I wasn’t even greeted and was given attitude when ordering. Seems like staff here don’t even want to work. Sucks because their stuff is really good but the attitude their employees have ruins my visit. This is my last visit here
The guy helping us looked like he had a gun held to his head the whole time. He looked at us like he was so annoyed. And he made my order so wrong….
Been coming to Oasis Raspados since I was a baby. I can never go anywhere else. Nothing tastes as good as Oasis Raspados Chamoyadas. I get a Chamoyada w Tamarindo & Mangoes & everything else that comes with it.

Very bad costumer service, they never have anything when I go. They manager has a very bad attitude, walking in the phone cameras make it feel very uncomfortable
Worst customer service, I went on a Sunday, so it could be the you g lady didn’t want to be there, however she could have made an effort to answer questions regarding the menu, specifically because I mentioned it was my first time going. Never going again and also i recommend going across to Bahama Bucks instead!
I love the drinks they have, very tasty. Amazing customer service and very clean. I will return!!
