Best cake ever!!!!
The whole process with this shop is 5 stars. Ordering online for a special event was very easy and quick. Originally I had set the pick up day for a Friday because my event was for a Saturday. Then the event got changed to Sunday, and I thought I changed the pick up date to Saturday, but I did not. However, the store was so understanding and helpful. The woman I spoke to was very kind and made it sound like keeping the order for another day and me messing up the date was a none issue. I was stressed enough with this event, so for them to be kind about my mistake was very much appreciated. Plus the bundt cakes are always delicious. I ordered almost every flavor across 3 dozen cakes and everyone was happy with the variety at the event!
Took a trip to this location on Sunday since my usual location (Goodyear) was closed and I have to say I instantly noticed how small in size the bundt cakes are compared to my usual location. If that isn't an issue for you - fine. Nothing wrong with the quality of the cakes just the sizes are considerably smaller than my usual and even "occasional" location (Glendale). Just an FYI
Extremely condescending, unforgiving and matter of fact. Food is tried and good but customer service is lacking. I've shopped 2 times here in the last month spending roughly 350 dollars.. was not made aware of a rewards punch card or signing up via email for perks. When I asked about the card the store owner/manager (presumably) I was met with a hard "No!" .. I don't think a single punch is worth losing a customer over who has clearly proven loyalty. I then called to express that I was pretty upset with her and she said it's company policy and I'm sorry you feel that way. I'll drive to a different city before giving her my business.
This location was okay. These bundt cakes are always delicious. Red velvet is my favorite flavor.

Fire this manager. I came into the store to buy a cake. I have irritable bowel syndrome. I asked to use the bathroom because I was going to explode. I said please 3 times. She said No. She sent me to the restaurant across the parking lot. When I got home the cake was fine, but the customer service SUCKED! That’s the last $26 they will ever get from me.
Manager is a freaking arrogant dutch bag, i buy this cake yearly, this time i ordered two different cakes on different days for one occasion, Gilbert manager is freaking awesome and delivered for an additional fee out of her zone, but this phoenix manager will not deliver out of zone for an extra fee, i didnt care how much i had to pay , i just wanted if delivered, but they refused to honor a customer, went to the location to pick it up, requested a demo display item i really like she somehow still managed to be so arrogant she could not simply give me a display as is even when i left out the cake , all i wanted was that display so i would take beautiful pictures and even post it, but they made the experience horrible, its good to pay attention to detail and listen to customers wishes before your own self internet, i know its cheap food but im. ever ordering at this foolish location ever again, they all need to get some customer service training from the Gilbert location.
