Maddux F was a very nice and friendly server. He was very quick and efficient. I would like to recommend their key lime bundt cake. Very delicious!
All I can say is wow! My wife and I are avid cake fanatics and this location goes above and beyond with excellent customer service and providing value for your money. This is probably one of my favorite locations. They’re always so welcoming and friendly! The cakes are so tasty. If you haven’t had one you definitely need to try them.
This is one of our family favorites and for one of our birthdays this week we tried the key lime cake. Amazing! The cake is always moist and that icing is the best. Everyone at the Ahwatukee store is so friendly and the store is always bright and clean. Great experience and looking forward to the next birthday so we can go back!
First visit here. We ordered a white chocolate raspberry bundt cake for my dad's 60th birthday. We ended up using it as the centerpiece for the table. The cake was decorated nicely and also delicious! The service is also top notch. Staff was quick to share their recommendations which is how I settled on white chocolate. This place is perfect for special occasions when an ordinary cake just won't do. Can't wait to go back and try one of their other flavors, but I still highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry.
This was the first time ever walking into a Nothing Bundt Cake store and I was impressed from the moment I entered. Omar provided above and beyond customer service, provided suggestions and was knowledgable about the products. I tried the blueberry cake and it was nothing but perfection. If I lived in Phoenix area this would definitely be my go to place.
I had a great experience at this location! The employees were super friendly and encouraged me to join the e-club (which I did immediately) for a free bday treat since it was my bday. Although I should’ve gotten one next year after signing up, they chose to give me the bday treat anyways and I was really grateful. They also helped me walk my cake and bundtini assortment to my car…in the AZ heat. Great customer service and their kindness made it a great experience!
I purchased a cake on Monday as a late Mother’s Day treat as a gift. Not sure if it was frozen or refrigerated but when I tried to cut it, it was a bit crumbly and hard to cut. Not sure if it was old or what. I was told today that the cake was hard by the next day. I’ve never had this experience with these cakes. They are always moist and delicious. This was very disappointing!! I just left a message with the location to make this right so we will see what happens.
Great cakes all the time. However today was a little disappointing the driver from the awhatukee store came and dropped the cake on the floor. For how much we paid to have the cake delivered he could at least have hand delivered it or waited for us to answer the door. Beautiful packaging and excellent craft but that was a lackadaisical and nonchalant addition to the final service. No one wants to pick up their cake from the dusty dirty floor.
I’ve had the mini cakes several times. They’re always moist and oh so tasty. I’m lucky they don’t have one in Maricopa where I live or I’d be tipping the scales at a number I don’t wanna see! ?
