Manager on duty tonight was unapologetically rude. My family and I were just hoping to get a quick bite and came in at 10 (the listed close time on google is 10:30). We ordered and we’re told that we had to take our order to go because they were already closed. They locked the door and the customer before us unlocked the door to let himself out. When we were handed our bags of food a few minutes later, we were told that we would have to leave through the side door and tried to just let the employee know that the man before us left through the front door and that they should lock it behind us. She said it was fine to go through the front door at this point then since it was already unlocked. She walked away and the “manager” on duty started yelling at us not to go through there and telling us off for not listening to the employee (even tho she told us it was okay). We left and she kept yelling at us in a rude tone to “have a good night.” Not to mention the store was very dirty inside and on the outside tables. The outside trash was also already overflowing when we got there. We would have been more than understanding if she didn’t yell at us from across the room and not listen to us about us not being the ones to unlock the door. Finally, our food had watery sauce and a couple dishes had undercooked noodles. There was no need for such rude service from this manager when all the information said they were still open and we were just letting her know about the door being unlocked! 1 star
I’ve never eaten here before and decided to try it because they have gluten free options for my kids. While that is really cool, I’m not super impressed with their cleanliness. The soda fountain was covered in sticky soda all over the front, the utensil area had trash, spilled salt and a tea lid covering it. We were the only people in the restaurant and the team was just standing there. You’d think they could be doing a lobby sweep and cleaning.Also, when I called to confirm they had the gluten free options, whoever answered the phone was less than pleasant. Just a quick monotone “yes” and when I responded with a “thank you” I didn't hear any response like “you’re welcome” which is basic courteous response when working in the service industry. I, myself run a smaller restaurant similar to this and I’d never let my store look this messy/gross.The food was meh. The Wisconsin Mac was pretty salty.
The food is very bad. The pastas have a weird mash up of flavors that don’t go together. My husband and I both had to throw away the food. It was so disgusting. I cannot understand how this place has good reviews.
We stopped and had lunch while passing through, charging at the nearby Tesla supercharger. Very friendly and courteous workers. Made good suggestions, never having eaten there before. Food was quickly prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. Two hours down the road I realized I left my credit card. Called and they held it in safe until four days later we were able to return, before hours, but arranged for opening staff to bring me the card. Great service above and beyond.
Super fast service. The employees are great and a pleasure to be around. I cannot say much about the food and flavor.The food is meh. 5 for the people, service and cleanliness. 1 or 2 for the food. Had the Asian noodles with beef. Beef was dry and overcompensated with spicy sauce that isn't a good flavor. Dumpling were okay.
I’m ridiculously picky and I order food so specifically. I know it drives people crazy. I ordered my salad no dressing no greens sub this sub that etc and it came out perfectly. they were so kind dealing with me, the lady who received my order and the manager that had to help her navigate it. Generous portions and delicious tasting. Thank you! Great service!
The sauce came out extremely watery I don't think it's supposed to be like this but if it is all well. Taste wasn't bad was missing ingredients listed as well, but the watery sauce definitely threw it off and unfortunately I couldn't finish it. I expected a creamy sauce.
Taylor, Aaron, and the rest of the staff tonight did a phenomenal job and had great team work! Tiffany is able to do multiple things while providing excellent customer service. Aaron is very helpful and has great customer service. Great job!
Honestly impressed with this place. I've had enough good experiences here to post a positive review. It starts with the staff being friendly & professional. And ends with the food being consistently on point. I highly recommend ?
My girl and I have been going here for years and love the place. The last two times we’ve been there has made it so we will never go back and we are bummed. They quit serving several of our favorites, the two things we did order were made so horribly and the customer service has gone down hill. Before I would recommend this place to everyone now not a soul. What happened? I wish you guys the best but you will be loosing a lot of customers at the rate your going..
