Waited 40 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. Staff seemed to be struggling as while I was waiting one power walked out, apron in hand, and was chased by what seemed to be a manager so they could argue in the parking lot. Doesn't explain how a couple that ordered their food at the restaurant 10 minutes after I got my order got their food around 10 minutes later. Food itself was average and not worth the extra 30 minute wait.
Doordash never picked up my order for delivery.My order status updated with a new driver about a dozen times. 90 mins after my order was placed, the location manager had my meal re-made because it was now cold, and personally delivered a fresh order to me face-to-face, even apologizing on the behalf of doordash.This man deserves 15/10 stars.
Great food, fast service and a clean dining room made for a great lunch experience. I had the Buffalo Chicken Mac which had a great blend of spice and creamy cheese in every bite. Reasonable prices made this an all around excellent value.
They took off the stroganoff from the menu, which we were really looking forward to, so that was a bummer. I settled for the shrimp scampi with zoodles & my date had the mac & cheese. It was good, but nothing to write home about. I was disappointed in the amount of shrimp in my dish, but it was still tasty. Will try it again and order something different next time.
Food was great but they forgot an item for my pickup order. No big deal tried to call and have them remove the item from my bill, however the phone number redirects to Lawrence Kansas over and over. The guy there said it happens a lot recently. Fix your phone please!Edit: phones were fixed and the general manager went above and beyond in fixing my issue! Thank you all so much!
Great flavors, price and variety. They have a noodle for every palate. Wish they had some lobster mac and cheese, just a thought. Great place to eat, won't be disappointed.
Great food as always. Mediterranean salad, Veracruz salad, and Korean meatballs were delicious. Quick, friendly service. Alaina was a sweetheart in getting us our food.
These were in Oregon and it was very good this one is in Arizona and it is also good. If you are new to a noodles & company. Expect noodles. Asian, Italia, and home cook Mac n cheese. The servers were straight to the point and blunt not extroverted when I went. But, the food was made exactly how I wanted.
Absolutely FANTASTIC FOOD!!! What a great find! We happened to be in the Verizon store which is next to this hidden jewel of a restaurant ? THE FOOD --- BEYOND DELICIOUS AND SO FRESH❤️❤️❤️
I like noodles. I like Mac and cheese. Never heard of this place, so I decided to give it a go. I ordered Penne Rosa with Parmesan encrusted chicken as my main course, and was pretty disappointed in both the flavor and amount of sauce. The chicken was okay. Luckily, I also ordered Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak to try, as well as a side of Mac and cheese, and those were good. The Mac and cheese is similar to Chick-fil-A's, and the pan noodles were just tasty, especially compared to the Penne Rosa.
