We spent $27 on 2 large drinks and a lemonade. The mango crush taste like plain water, acid, and ice. That's a lot of money for such a low quality drink. We tried to notify the store but they never picked up the phone. We are from San Diego and I'd like to get a refund on the mango drink (Large).
The worst store in the valley. These kids that work here are all in lala land. They either hate their jobs or are incompetent. I have yet to have a good experience at this location. The Kierland store, which I go to every morning M-F, is amazing and must be a different franchise. Nekter Desert Ridge is trash!
They send out specials that the cashiers can’t honor since they don’t have the experience/ability. Just “No” is the answer. Terrible for a company who charges $10 for a drink and is about service and lifestyle. Asked to talk to a manager. Sorry can’t do that. Just no. What? Are you trying to keep people coming. I used to go all the time. Not so sure anymore.
Food-drinks are great when you are able to actually order it. App and website is always messed up for ordering so you are typically forced to go there and sometimes wait a while which is not ideal when you are trying to pick up and run. Nektar please fix your technology and app-website.
This location you can wait 20 minutes and still not get acknowledged. As an delivery driver, I wait 5 minutes. If your order gets cancelled...this is why
My daughter ordered a bowl and three times let the young man know she had allergies and could not have the granola. She asked for a few substitutions and the young man took them down. I reiterated that she had anaphylactic allergies and could not have the granola. The order came out with the granola. He said he had repeated the order back to us, clearly and with his tone of voice letting us know the error was our fault in his view. I let him know she had said three times that she could not have granola and he again said he had repeated the order back to us. Another young lady said they would remake the bowl, but it would take a while. I did not feel safe to let her eat something they had re-made when they were obviously aggravated with us. Although we love Nekter, this particular location needs to offer better training to its staff. The error itself didn’t bother me, but how it was handled was truly an example of horrific customer service. I have never walked out of a restaurant before without my food.
Really good smoothies and juices available here for a healthy drink on the go. I'm glad to see a location open here at Desert Ridge, much needed. My go to is definitely the health nut with almond butter. Be sure the check them out of you are in the area you won't be disappointed.
They mess up app orders constantly. The girls working the back seem inexperienced and not interested to fix the problem. The place and location has such a great potential but your employees at this location are taking it down and not representing the brand.

Clean, hygienic and polite staff. I love their açaí berry.
