I’m so disappointed in how I was recently treated at Moon Valley Grill on Coral gables.The “order taker” had an extremely rude tone and attitude towards me the second he picked up the phone. I started to order which was larger due to Mother’s Day dinner (keep in mind I could have chose anywhere else to go but I chose your restaurant) during this call the “order taker” keep saying “this is a large order” as he was huffing and puffing and annoyed that he even had to take the order. He mentioned multiple times that it would take longer since it was such a large order to give them at least 30 min to prepare.With that being said my husband ran an errand before he went to pick up our $93.00 order because they said it would take longer.I then get a phone call from the “order taker” stating that it’s been an hour where were we as he continued to huff and puff and repeated himself over and over with his rude tone.I then stated my husband is on his way that we were giving them more time as it was a big order. And he just kept saying” I SAID 30 MIN NOT AN HOUR” as he kept getting louder and louder.I have never been more disrespected by a restaurant let alone a restaurant that we frequent and supported during covid . A lot of restaurants and bars are closing, my tip for you would be treat customers with respect if you Want to continue to have ANY customers.I will never give business to this place ever again!

This place has great food. There is a big variety to choose from the Menu. The staff are all very friendly. The atmosphere is great, lots of very friendly people and lots of regulars there. I like being around people who are having a good time.
Waited 50 minutes and food never came. Folks coming in after us received their food. Bar staff were completely indifferent. Went to another sports bar and received food order within 15 minutes.
I had the mild wings and Spinach dip they both were very good the wings were awesome they were very crispy they were just perfect
Great beer prices. If you're not a regular, the bartender is not interested in chatting up or making sure you are taken care of. Sunday afternoon.
Food is consistently good, friendly atmosphere. Should have more Ohio State stuff on the wall and less Nebraska but I'll take that up with the owner:) Julie is the day bartender and is easy going and friendly.

This is now our favorite local place to eat. The staff is always amazing. The food is always cooked perfect. My kids adore so many that work here. Definitely recommend trying.
Go for the traditional Benedict. Much better than the specialty Benedict
