Very hit or miss mod pizza location. They seem to hire a lot of very moody employees who have little interest in your satisfaction. I’ve been to a lot of good locations that are friendly but this one is not a majority of the time. I receive a burnt pizza at least 25% of the time but since the other closest mod is more than half an hour away I continue to come back. Maybe I should’ve learned my lesson by now but when they make a mod perfectly very little matters! So for now I will rate 2 1/2 stars.
Oh my goodness ? it. Didn't rush me as I picked my toppings such a wide variety plus was asking about a topping a customer in front of us was getting she said it was get I'd love it and they asked my if I would like to taste it before putting it on my pizza. ? The service and just the vibe of the employees and the customers. Just chilling waiting on our orders. You have got to try it, you won't regret it.
I HATE pizza... but MOD isn't pizza... NOPE! It's HEAVEN in a little box! Cauliflower crust, or gluten free crust... add ALL the toppings you want... watch your food be made right in front of you. Just YUM! Thanks for changing my mind guys!BTW... I have yet to go to one of these locations and have ANY kind of issue with any staff or how they operate. This is a rare treat for me and I am thankful to have GOOD pizza FINALLY with GREAT service!
The food was fine, I mean it's Mod pizza, can't go wrong there right.? The problem was the service. The line was run in a very inefficient manner and the guy helping us was extremely unorganized. It just took entirely too long to get the pizzas put together. We were so irritated by the time we finally got through the line my boyfriend wanted to just leave.
Not ordering from the night crew anytime soon. I asked if it’s normal to have a 1inch radius of sauce only. Their response “it’s normal for them to come out like that”. No sense of accountability to address an underlying issue but I digress.
First time visit—most likely won’t return. Great taste, but way skimpy on ingredients. I understand for meats/high price items, but cheese? Had to ask for more as the amount initially added didn’t even cover half the crust. Also, the ingredient well was very dirty. Very disappointing.
Had no experience with online ordering but this was pretty cool. There were six of us and each of us was able to choose the toppings he/she wanted for his/her own personal pizza. It eliminated the arguing over toppings and there was no ordering "one-size(topping)-fits-all" pizza where the adventurous eaters settled for whatever made the unadventurous happy. There certainly were many, many toppings to choose from. The crust was thin and the toppings were generous. My veggie pizza was outstanding! Two complaints: Some of us ordered drizzles that never were added and the pizzas were not ready when we arrived for pickup though we could see why - the place was swamped with orders. Would definitely return here again!
Had some seasoned employees trying to train some new ones and we all get that these days. Pizza was really good. Wood return
Mistakes happen I get it. I have been to MOD pizza in several states. It's usually amazing. Joshua at this location and his passive agreesive customer service was worth noting. He said he would remake it but as I was walking away decided he needed to say, you're welcome. ?!? At this point I just wanted a refund and nothing else. A burnt pizza can be remade but I will not be returning to this location. I wanted a refund of my pizza and the gratuity. He refunded my pizza and kept the gratuity. Amazing! Enjoy the $4 gratuity for food i didn't eat and customer service, oh well.
Not a fan of the “crust” that’s basically a tortilla. It might be unlimited toppings but realistically you can’t put too much on because it’ll just fall off. And then you’re basically eating toppings- no crust. I’ve eaten at other build your own pizza places and they have real crust/dough. Will not come here again
