Very unique place and entertaining. Really enjoyed the seafood omelet it was super delicious. The Banana walnut French toast was super delightful and cool part is its handmade from the owners.100 percent recommend this place.
What a hidden gem. Located in the Melrose District, this restaurant is small, quaint, quiet and clean. Great customer service and the prices are very reasonable. You seat yourself and there was not a wait. I had a Melrose cheeseburger with fries. The bun was so soft, the beef patty was juicy and the fries were handcut and cooked perfectly. That was the best burger that I've had in a while.
YUMMY! you gotta stop by and enjoy a fulfilling meal here . I told the gentleman that I like big scramble type meals . N he happily showed me what I should get / and explained the menu to me . I’m satisfied n ready to start my day now . Thank you! Get in early on summer months to enjoy the payson vibes back patio area! Wow
This was a disaster. Two of us ate here on 2/19 for breakfast. Sat outside in the lovely patio. Got our drinks, ordered our food - after a while the waitress came out and told us there was an emergency with the cook and the food was taking longer. We said no problem we weren’t in a rush.A little while later a man came out, who I assumed to be the owner, with our food. However, my breakfast burrito was accidentally an omelet so I mentioned this. Then he brought back out my breakfast burrito which was the omelet just wrapped in a tortilla. Upon a few bites I realized the ingredients inside were not what I ordered and he came back out and said there had been a mix up with another woman getting my burrito. He offered to have mine remade and I accepted. The new burrito came out very quickly. Upon my first bite it was obvious this was a rush job. The eggs were burned with a thick layer of brown. Out of my 6 requested ingredients there were only 3. It was really gross and overcooked. I ate half and resigned myself to being very disappointed.Once the food arrived no one asked us how things were, refilled drinks, or offered any help. We walked up to pay. It was a $40 breakfast for a two egg breakfast with sausage, a breakfast burrito, one coffee, and one iced tea.We are from out of town so no plans to return, but I wouldn’t go back if I were local. The owner chalked everything up to having not enough good servers, but he was there and didn’t really provide great service either. Massively underwhelming experience.
Used to love this place.. food was great, prices were a little expensive but nothing crazy. Not sure if they got a change in management or ownership but their prices got out of hand. Haven’t been back since they started charging $16 for 2 pancakes. Out of this world. Unfortunate.
I had the biscuits and gravy. It was great. The service was also very good. I look forward to returning to try other dishes.
I love hamburger and owner told me there fresh burger mix with red wine not frozen from previous owner. Once awhile I come by and there one server and he told he the only one that showed up to work. He told there use to be 3 but never show up I glad that he enjoy it he told me. I recommend on menu breakfast favorite and build your own omelet.
A great neighborhood breakfast/lunch place with a good menu and great food. Love the eclectic look of the place, gives it a very homey feel.
Found this cute little place and we were so surprised there was a table available for us when we got there this morning! It was pouring rain and it was so great to get out of the rain and have a hot breakfast! I had the Nutella crepe and I added bananas it was so worth the 1.75 extra. My boyfriend had the salmon scramble and he was in heaven! I would highly recommend this cute little breakfast joint! The decor and atmosphere is so fun and cute
My wife and I stopped by on a whim and we were glad we did! She had the Chilaquiles and I had the cheese empanada breakfast special. Both dishes were delicious! I will would definitely dine here again.
