This place is in our neighborhood. For Arizona pizza, it's pretty good. The place seems to do a good business. My wife and I have been there three times to pick up pizza.My issue is two-fold. First, they have a station, right out front, where they service the to go customers. They money is taken and the food is brought out to the customers there.My issue is that they don't take the payment here; they take the customer's credit card and walk it to the back *somewhere*. The card should be charged, in front of the customer, at the point-of-sale, PoS.It is NOT customary to walk a customer's credit card to another part of the building for a point-of-sale and for obvious reasons. When I asked to speak with a Manager about this, the Manager patiently explained that they did this because they had no register up front. Well... Duh. It's a pretty poor policy and for OBVIOUS reasons.My second issue with this place is that it seems to be staffed by young people whose main focus doesn't seem to be customer service but being a young person. So... The customer service leaves something to be desired.Don't get me wrong, I like young people but... pay a little more, train better, hire a bit more experienced. Do something.
Best pizza place! The crispy crust on the end of my pizza was tasty and deliciously fresh. The cheese amount is generous along with the topping. The music and the atmosphere were a vibe! The service was friendly and the artichoke dip is to die for!We order the Hawaiian PizzaThe calzone and Buffalo chicken ? pizza! Not your ordinary pizza place ?
Underwhelming experience! Used to come here often when I was pregnant for late night reverse happy hour that starts at 10pm. (Only plus of the evening!) Server was really weird about not being about to accept my husband's legal digitized gov. id that we've even used to board an airplane. I presented her with his physical id which luckily I had and she then left and came back and said she was still unable to serve him. We then asked for a manager where he let us know they were aware it was legal and legit but that they didn't accept it. Weird response but fair I guess it's yal business. We then strangely started being served by another server on the floor which was better cuz he was a way better server anyway. Manager then apologized and discounted the bill for the trouble. Not the best customer experience but I enjoyed the cheap drinks! ??♀️??♀️
We went there to celebrate our daughters 17th Birthday. At first we tried another restaurant nearby but they had an issue with seating 11 people and told us it would be 1 1/2 hour wait! No thank you!! So, we decided to go to Mellow Mushroom. They sat us immediately!! Thank you! The food was delicious and the waiter was great! We appreciate your hospitality! We will be back! I want to express that the food here is actually really good. Nothing wrong and some of the best pizza you can get. I would recommend this place for pizza and wings any day of the week.However, jasmine was just all around a bad server. I give servers the benefit of the doubt constantly but this was exceptionally poor service. She focused all her attention on a larger table and ignored every other table in her section. Never refilled a drink, the one time she checked on the table we asked for more napkins and someone said “and also,” and she walked away, and when she brought napkins she just set them down without looking and kept walking without asking if that was it or anything. She was very friendly and I won’t take that away from her, but her overall demeanor just gave off ‘hurry-up-and-get-out’ vibes. Just made the experience unpleasant. I think she can be a really great server with her naturally cheery attitude, but could just use a little retraining.
Everything came out perfect. This is one of the few times the waiter got our very lite cheese correct on our pizza along with our other toppings. Also the pretzel bites were cooked perfectly not over cooked. The other pizza and pizza burger I was told was also very good.?
Yea!..... says my belly. This place was nice. Enough seating almost no wait time and staff is on point! Food was great and cooked as desired.!
We waited 40 minutes for a 3 top, while maybe 5-6 groups of 4 walked in and were seated right away. I had to ask how much longer before the hostess took any measure to seat us. Worst experience at this location thus far.
First time tonight and the Customer Service deserves FIVE stars alone! Shawnie was great and so was the entire staff we encountered. Pizza is on point! We'll definitely be back.
Hadn't been here in ages and it's so much better than I remembered! We ordered the Merry Prankster and while it's not your traditional pizza, it was phenomenal! The way they make their dough allowa for the pizza to reheat great without getting rock hard.We also ordered the cheese bread and wedge salad. The cheese bread was great, the cheese tasted fresh and the bread quality they used was awesome. The wedge salad was mediocre at best. They advertise an entire wedge, which is what you'd expect to get from a wedge salad but in reality it's just half. Plus the marinated tomatoes they add to it are over powering and take away from the wedge salad taste.
