One of my absolute favorite dive bars to go to in Phoenix!!!! If ever in the area, make sure to ask for Brandon, the GM. Such a cool guy! He definitely knows how to make you feel welcome! And as if you are a long time friend. He also makes the best Old Fashioned in town. No joke! I’m super picky about that drink. The food is great! Try the green Chile quesadilla or their buffalo chicken salad. Super yum! We come back time and time again because it’s such a down to earth vibe and we love our bartenders there!!!!! You can’t miss the building with the all year round Christmas lights on the outside! Enjoy!
This is place is GREAT! Really friendly and hospitable bartenders/barbacks! Employees came around tables to refill waters and asked if we needed anything multiple times plus light banter and laughs. Monday they had live band karaoke which was fun. Will be back!

Great customer service, super quick on getting us seated & ready to order! Bar Food is until midnight I believe. Delicious fries & chicharrones & drinks! Love the environment! So nicely decorated & clean! Recommend coming here for a chill fun night! It’s like Christmas everyday with the lights decor! Love it!
We absolutely love McKenzies! Great service! Great food! Great atmosphere! We feel like home when we pop in for a drink or two and a round of bumper pool. Would recommend to anyone who loves a good time. Their selection of bourbon is great, the boozy ice cream is fantastic, and the home made recipe of Apple Pie shots are a must to try! Ask for Sidney or Dave when you visit and you’ll have a blast!

Cute, well put together joint. The staff is super friendly, they have a great selection. The food is great, and has plenty of integrity. The ownership truly cares about customer experience, and the the employees that work there. Highly recommend.
Finally made it to McKenzie’s for lunch. I heard that the food was great and it didn’t disappoint. Fun, inviting atmosphere. Staff was friendly and responsive. All the food from sandwich, potato salad, tots to the boozy ice cream was amazing. I’ll be back as soon as I can and bring company!
Pretzel/Ketel/Goose/2 drink specials and a draft came out to $48. It was definitely a bargain The atmosphere was fun, clean bar, good pretzel! JoeDee was exceptionally funny. Highly recommend.
Kim was great. Over the top nice and efficient. We are from out of town but enjoyed our experience there, despite the Chiefs loss. Wings were great! Thanks Kim!
