Expensive and little dressing on salad
The service was wonderful as was all the food. Josh - our server gave great recommendations for dinner and even brought us a dessert for our anniversary ð
It was our first time visiting MacArthurâs and we really enjoyed our experience. Our waiter Jared was so kind and considerate. He really helped to make the experience enjoyable.
Best ribs I have ever eaten anywhere! The fish tacos were also labeled DG for âdarn goodâ. Service was outstanding too!

I love love loved my experience here. A nice little restaurant inside of a notorious resort such as the Biltmore has a lot of shoes to fill, and they do it well. The games they provide, such as pool, are so enjoyable with a drink and some friends. You can come in and relax without even spending a dime, which makes the environment so friendly. One issue, which reduces my review down two whole stars, is the food itself. There menu is either too lacking, or far too much. For my morning meal, I decided on their waffle. The waffle was dry, only being saved by my glass of water. The best part about it was the fruit served with it, but for a meal dubbed "waffle", I shouldn't be looking toward the fruit for a proper review. My next meal was dinner, which I ordered the burger. This turned out better then the waffle, though. The meat was tender and flavourful, and perfectly cooked to whatever you may ask for, this issue isn't that big of a deal, though, as it remains to something they can't really control, which is the stability of it. It fell apart very quickly, I'd say a couple bites into it it started falling apart. Again, nothing serious, but something to consider. The service is great, the atmosphere along with the games is incredible, but the food is lacking, especially for such a lovely resort.

Horrible experience. Showed up to have dinner on Friday night with my fiancé. We were sat at a table that was extremely wobbly. Didn't bother me, I adjusted it no problem. 10 minutes go by and waiter comes up asking our drink order. Even made a comment how nobody has gotten us water yet. I laughed, ordered my beer and was hoping to get that and some water soon. 15 minutes go by and I had to make eye contact and almost get the waiters attention. I then bring it up to him that we had been there quite a while now and still haven't gotten water or anything. He said you had the Kona Big Wave right? Didn't acknowledge me stating we had been waiting way to long now without even water. Then rudely asks me if I had the Big Wave? I said yeah I ordered it a long time ago did you forget or you making sure?He gave a little attitude and that's when I decided the rest of the service was not necessary and me and lady stood up and decided to go find somewhere else to eat. Even though we were hungry from swimming and hanging at the resort all day. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. The food and smell wasn't even all that appealing from what I saw. But the service is horrible
I expected an elegant restaurant but the "nice" section was closed off, and we ate in a non-descript room more reminiscent of a Denny's than a fine dining experience. The food was superb, and the wait-staff friendly and experienced, but I had dressed for the restaurant in the photo and felt out of place among tourists in shorts.
