Great spot with great meals. Their food is great and interesting. They also have a cute shop and lots of fun drink options! In the same building, there is also an art exhibit right now and we were able to walk through before our food came out! They have indoor and outdoor seating and huge windows that side open for good weather. The employees are cool and kind
Went on a spontaneous date night ln and checked out MATCH. I've had them saved in places to check out for awhile now. Sadly they change their menus quite often and the items that drew me here were no longer menu items. We tried the cheesy bread and salmon pasta and shared a few cocktails. Overall okay spot! Bartender was nice and attentive!
Really enjoy this place. There is just something about it, the atmosphere, the layout, etc. Had lunch once, and ordered based on Karla (the bartender) suggestion. Have to say it was delicious and satisfying. Love sitting at the bar when the big windows are open. And Karla serves great drinks with a smile ?!
This is a hotel lobby hotel but Found:RE isn’t a typical hotel and Match isn’t a typical restaurant. There’s a comfortable and well stocked bar surrounded by tables of various types, including some outside on charming verandas. Some walls / floor-to-ceiling walls fan fold open to allow the lovely warmth of Phoenix in. One set of tables overlooks the hotel’s pool. Adjacent to the open kitchen is a lovely “market” that sells a rather wide variety of mementos and some foodstuffs. So much for the ambience (which is very pleasant). The menu is innovative though not in a forced manner. Tasty dishes are made with excellent ingredients, presumably farm to table. Greens are good with subtle dressings. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees are delicious combinations of ingredients both traditional and nouvelle. Some plates are comparatively small while others are beyond a single person’s ability to finish at one sitting. Each of our meals was comprised of a salad and a main that we split leaving us sated but also with room for dessert. Both the cheesecake with crème brûlée topping and strawberries on the side or the cast iron cookie with ice cream are well worth saving space for. We will gladly return.
Great food ,dining, drinks and shopping all in one spot! But wait there is more!!! You can also do an art walk through this and other attached businesses!! The staff is rock star! The location is amazing- is surrounded by green spaces and the open windows create a warm and relaxing atmosphere ? ? what's not to love!?!
A tasty, tart Moscow Mule in a chilled copper cup is a great way to wind down the day at Match Market & Bar in the Arts District at Roosevelt.
I can’t believe I waited SO long to check this place out. It’s AMAZING! You could literally start your day with breakfast here and end with happy hour, dinner, and dessert. The coolest and most unique vibe, cafe/market and little boutique shop mixed with chic hip restaurant and bar. On top of that there’s a cool little contemporary art museum! I also wanted to buy literally EVERYTHING in the boutique shop. I only bought 3 items but will certainly be back. Can’t wait for pool season to hang out at their pool! Hoping they sell passes. I WILL be back.
Match is wonderful! Their menu is great and they were so helpful with some food restrictions I have. I ordered dinner here two nights in a row and both were delicious! Great service and food.
We really enjoy stopping in here from time to time. The new market is super cute and great for last minute gifts. The food is ok, hotel food. The bar is fun and the wait staff have always been engaging and fun.
Atmosphere is what you're going for with a combination of eatery, gift market, bar with outdoor seating and art exhibit. All under one roof and seamlessly blending into each other. Match is caddy corner to a hotel so you'll meet a bunch of visitors in addition to locals.
