Stopped by on vacation to get lunch and was very disappointed with the service and food was just okay. Took awhile to get anyone to say hi and get drinks and when our waiter finally decided to take our order it seemed as we disrupted his break. Also he looked like he just woke up from last night's "drunk" and he didn't get us bread, we were hungry and looking forward to their excellent bread. After about 15 minutes later he asks if we wanted bread ?, of course we said and after about an half hour we got our bread and 5 minutes later our food, which was okay but service was so bad I will try other places to eat!!
They have delicious ribs. They only have them as z half rack now but its a nice portion. Great sides to choose from. They also have a few alcoholic drinks on special every day. One is a Margarita on the rocks.
Thank heavens that LongHorn Steakhouse was so close to our Embassy Suites hotel. After a long day of travel, we hit the jackpot, when we chose this restaurant for our dinner. We were seated quickly, and my husband and I both ordered the Renegade steak. I had the 6 oz. portion, and my husband had the 8 oz. size. Our large house salads were perfect with a very delicious home-made Blue Cheese dressing. We shared a small loaf of a wheat bread. The baked potatoes were steaming hot, soft, and fluffy. Our Moscato wine was a perfect choice with our steaks. Our waiter, Eugene, was efficient and friendly. We returned two more nights for dinner during our vacation in Phoenix. I tried the Chicken Tenders which were the best that I've ever had. My husband loved his pork chops.
Good experience overall. Cheeseburger and chopped steak were good. Baked potato and baked sweet potato were excellent. Complimentary bread was very warm and delicious. Refills were a bit slow on the drinks. However we did get two drinks in to go cups without asking. Another " area of opportunity"---‐from lunch order to food being delivered was too slow. Overall grade was B.
Food is good. Service isn't. We went there for the first time a couple weeks ago. Server messed up our order multiple times. He was obviously had more tables than he could handle. No manager came to our table, nothing was done to make up for the bad experience. My husband called to let them know about our experience. We were given a small gift card to come back. We came back tonight and our server was even worse. Order was wrong 2 times. We had to ask multiple times for things. Not sure we will go back a 3rd time.
I LOVE this place and the service is amazing! EVERY time I have come in whether alone or with my family, the steak is perfection! The wine is generous with the pour and the prices are very reasonable. Hands down, well worth it!!
My boyfriend brought me here over the weekend and everything was so delicious!!! You know a steak is good and well cooked when all you need is salt and pepper.. The wait went by fast, our server was perfect (didn't check in too often and just let us eat ?). I was just sad that I was too full for dessert ? ... Too many fries ?????
I ordered a fillet, a sweet potato and a Caesar salad to go. There was no salad, there is no way that piece of “meat” they gave me was a fillet (it looks like bit of meat they glued together), and the potato they gave me was a raw (couldn’t stab a fork through it) and baked instead of a sweet potato. All that for $35. It was terrible, A waste of money.
So so good! Anytime I want steak I go here! It doesn't even matter of any coupons for any other place. Nothin comes close to LongHorn! Thank you for amazing food and the restaurant experience again! Enjoyed greatly!
Ordered grilled salmon and baked sweet potato which were done perfectly. Potato was wrapped in aluminum foil to keep it hot and fluffy. Order included small pats of butter and sour cream on the side. Also included was a small loaf of warm bread which was fresh baked and delicious. I placed my order over the internet on Longhorn Steakhouse website. Submitted date, time, color of car, any special instructions, and charge card # for payment and gratuity. At my designated pickup time, I parked in an area marked for pickup in the restaurant's parking lot. Called inside and told them my name, car color, and parking space #1. My well packed order was brought right out in less than 10 minutes and it was correct as ordered. Food was hot and delicious!! Lunch menu is available till 3 PM.
