Brilliant: service and food
OMG if you like smoked meats then you HAVE to try LMB, because they are the best around for sure!!!Go early because there is gonna be a line. Average wait is about an 45-75 minutes, which is about what you may wait at a bust restaurant for a dinner reservation.Once they run out of an item it's gone for the day so again make sure to go early to get your amazing BBQSOOOOOO good
Everything I bought was the best. I ordered 2 plates Jalepino Cheddar Grits, Beef and Pork Ribs, Brisket, Sausage, Ranch Style Beans, and Cole Slaw. Little confusion on meat plates. Brisket plus Brisket or two meats. You can't have Beef Rib as one of the meats in a two meat plate. The folks behind the counter very friendly and have no problem adding a bit more meat for no extra cost and free samples. This BBQ will cost you a bit more than most other places. Be prepared to spend some money. I also bought their Pecan Pie. I haven't tasted it yet. Also, go before they open up, otherwise you could get stuck in line and not receive any food if they run out.
Best damn BBQ in Arizona and they have the trophy to prove it. If you want excellent BBQ get there early because when it's gone it's gone. You are warned. The easiest way to order is to close your eyes and point at the menu. EVERYTHING is good. Be sure to try the grits, they are delicious. Oh, by the way, I don't like grits. But I like these!
best brisket I've ever had. burnt ends are nothing short of amazing. the turkey and jalapeño cheddar sausage was fantastic. this place is definitely legit. a must stop if you are in Phoenix if you want prime Texas bbq.
The food was good. Liked eating outside with the smell of cooking brisket.
This owner is a bully who bullied another local business because they used miss in their name… can’t support local that doesn’t support local.
We were told this place was amazing and was a must go. 4 years later after hearing that we finally stopped by after visiting the Phoenix Zoo today.Wish we had gone sooner. To start the staff was friendly and amazing. And the one was a Yellowstone fan which was a plus. And the guy cutting the meat let us try a piece before buying. ThanksWe ordered 2 sliced brisket sandwiches after tasting the brisket. The brisket was so juicy and melted in your mouth. Their homemade BBQ sauce is the perfect flavor. And if you like a little spice they offer one with more of kick but not overwhelming heat.We tried 3 of the sides. I had never had grits. But after having their Jalapeño cheese grits. I will definitely be having more. They were so good with perfect amount of jalapeño flavor and cheese. We also tried the ranch style beans. They were also really good. The other one we tried was the homemade potato salad. It is so good my wife and I trying to figure out how to make it for our own home bbq days.Anyway we will definitely be going back to try more of the other meats and order some sauces to take home.
The brisket was amazing. And they gave you an option for lean only and or a little fatty too which was nice. The smoked pecan pie really was amazing and enough for 3-4 people to get a good taste.
The bbq sauces just weren't good at all. Their sauces were more vinegary then sweet and sticky and yummy like I'm used to. I prefer Texas BBQ style sauces. The cheese and jalapeno grits we're good, but the potato salad was just marginal. I prefer the potato salads such as Amish potato salad, red skin potato salad, mustard potato salad, even potato salad with eggs in it. The potato salad they made was more like little chunks of potato with some kind of herbs on it. But it did take us about an hour to get through the line and they were doing a lot of business so apparently somebody likes their style of cooking, just not me.
