Good atmosphere, good service and great drinks. The food was good, however the food was warm, The Long life soup was fantastic. My only complaint was that I ordered the sizzling surf and turf and it came out warm. I heard it being prepared and sizzling in the staging area Then it came out 5 minutes later. Plus all the vegetables were overcooked. The server and hostess were pleasant and prompt. Overall, okay but room for improvement.
Our bartender, Christiana (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was PHENOMENAL. She was so personable and she remembered our drink orders multiple times as we revisited the bar a few times throughout the afternoon. 12/10 experience - she needs a raise!
Absolutely delicious and customer service was great. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We ordered so much good food and shared. It was all cooked perfectly for us. The coconut cury on fried rice is amazing! Highly recommended. If there late, make sure to get on the waiting list with enough time to not lose your appetite as it does get very busy.
The reason for my one star .. I have an extreme nut allergy and made it very clear to my waitress! She did note our order on the ticket and the kitchen failed miserably. My dish had nuts chopped finely and hard to see . It was not until I started reacting after one bite that I looked closer and discover the nuts. They offered to remove the dish from our bill.. it was not until I thru a fit and took meds that the kindly covered our ticket. I would think the casino would have comped our room considering our entire night was spent in our room unable to gamble which is the reason to stay at a casino! Thanks to Gila casino for a disastrous night.
So look... the Casino play was fun, and I never come expecting to win. But going for lunch at Ling & Louie's was great. I feel like I WON with server Carnigee! So friendly and attentive! You do not want to miss this eatery. The food was fresh, fast, hot, and tasted great! Make sure you ask for Carnigee! No better server in Phoenix!
Distinctive Asian fusion food in a casino. Large menu. Friendly, quick service. Wait staff patiently answered questions. I had chicken with vegetables (see picture below) and thought it was very good. Check about which entrees are spicy, which are not. Also possible to get take out.
This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous they way they run business. I have been here on 3 occasions and 2 of them I had to leave abruptly. Waited 50 minutes for a table is fine, however they sit all the black people in the front of the restaurant. Do not expect to sit anywhere else but near the door if you are of color. Once seated, no one greeted me, no silverware, no water. Absolutely nothing. However, the white couple was seated and was immediately greeted by their waitress. They act like you are a wall. I Am from Illinois and NEVER in any restaurant in my 34 years of living have I experienced this.
My girlfriend and I went for lunch to eat sushi ? however found out that they no longer serve sushi at what use to be primarily sushi. I was very disappointed. However we did enjoy the Auhi, aka only sushi they had. It was good.
Stood at the entrance for 15 min. 6 employees walked past us and ignored us since it was 30 min. to close. There were 10 people working, it was 9:30 PM. Flat out ignored us 100%. Rude. Unbelievable. We then missed the opportunity to eat anywhere else that closed at 10 PM. DO NOT RECOMMEND! ????
I joined my fellow Yelp Elite members at the meet and greet for our new CM Glen L . A very nice event giving us an opportunity to meet our fellow Yelpers and, of course, Glen L. Everyone had a great time and Ling and Lou's is a beautiful restaurant the appetizers were excellent please give them a try and please support our local businesses.
