This place is awesome. Some of the donuts are huge. You won't be disappointed. Try to get there early they sell out quickly. Also, know that they close at 1 p.m.
It's very hard to read a receipt and add everything that's on it. That's why I understand that I paid a little over $40 for donuts and coffee for the family visiting from out of town and got home to realize that literally half of the donuts were missing. Could you feel the sarcasm?
We come here all the time; get here early because so does everyone else! Great selections and patient staff ( while you scan the cases! ). Donuts are spectacular and the selection is vast! There are competitions all the time but really, there is no competition—ask any serious donuteer.
I’ve never been here but the reviews were great so I decided to stop in one late morning. I wasn’t sure how it works so I asked about glaze donuts and the young lady at the counter was pretty rude. She did explain that glaze donuts were sold out for the day but it was almost as if I was irritating her by not knowing what I wanted, but I have never been here. I asked her if there was anything similar to glazed basically looking for something more plain and she says no and when I asked what a certain donut was she was extremely short with me and wasn’t friendly at all. I left because I felt like I was bothering her and they weren’t interested in my business. It’s unfortunate because I am definitely a foodie and I donut lover and I feel this was the fix I was looking for. I really wish the customer service was better because I drove pretty far just to get here coming from the south west valley.
ladies there were super nice, came in after a haircut. ordered the chai latte, and it was delicious for real so good. it was a totally "groovy" experience lol. thanks again yo good looking out ???
I hardly ever leave reviews, but today I had such amazing customer service I have to. I’ve been getting donuts from LaMars for awhile because they’re absolutely delicious. Today I went there and we had an error which was on my part. I was embarrassed to go inside after going through the drive thru because I was in my pajamas and slippers.? McKenna was kind and went above and beyond to correct my mistake. Everyone working in there was very pleasant as well. Best tasting donuts and best customer service in town!
Love Lamar’s. Donuts are always fresh. Just wish they filled the Boston cream long johns up all the way.
Great donuts, friendly staff, clean establishment. There is a good variety of donuts and there a good size too. Felt like I was getting what I paid for. Would recommend.
My wife brought me here on the way back from doing an electronics pickup for recycling. Donuts bring back memories of east coast bakeries. At least twice as good as bosa's and rainbow donuts. The donuts are huge if you can manage to eat two then there is no need for breakfast :)
Service, cleanliness, were awesome. Wasn't a fan of the product. Sorry. There was nothing wrong or bad. Just want a fan of the texture of the fritter and rolls. Extra dry. We tried a mixed dozen.
