Lots of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options. Great food. Great ice cream. Great baked goods. Great pizza. Excellent service. A little bit $$ but it's worth it. Kind of has a little bit more of a date night feel, but could be a family outing.
I love LGO so I thought any item would be good. I got slammed. The Ruben was edible only for a starving person. There were extremely dry chunks of something - maybe super old bacon or pastrami scattered across real dry bread. I rarely leave food, cuz I’m a cheapskate, but I couldn’t eat it. My companion wouldn’t let me complain saying “they’ll put buggers in our food.”
I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and have never once been disappointed! The staff is friendly, welcoming and very efficient! You only need to come here once to realize why it is so popular! They do a huge volume of curbside pickup, and it is fast and efficient! Everyone in the place is willing to help or direct you to someone who can! The food is freshly made and delicious! If you are having breakfast, do get a house made English muffin! They definitely don’t skimp on bacon if you order with anything! There are some amazing choices for lunch as well! I recommend the open faced chicken salad sandwich with apple. Now let’s talk about the pizza, which is available after 4PM! There are a lot of signature pizzas to try, and I have tried every one! None of them disappoint! You can also get something vanilla if you choose, but the life altering pizza for me is the Roasted Corn! No lie! Almost forgot, the baked goods and gelato are top notch! Love the red velvet cake or cupcake! The cookies are awesome, and the chocolate mousse pie is just wow! Favorite dessert for me is the Old Timer, or if that is too much for you, get the Baby Timer. Same thing only smaller. There is truly not enough space for me to say all that needs to be said about how wonderful this place is! Living in Tucson makes it a treat to stop here for anything when in town, but being TDY in Phoenix currently means I get to come here every day! I never get tired of the food or the best staff in the state! I am a huge connoisseur of iced tea, and I will tell you that their house black is the best I have ever tasted! I want to thank Blair, Tawny, Jessica and Autumn for taking care of me during the day, and at night Ashley is the best! If I spelled anyones’s name wrong………my sincere apologies! Last thing. Really. The Sonoma Chop Salad is so, so good!

Today, I had the Gladiator pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I added spicy red Fresno chiles and sautéed crimini, button, and oyster mushrooms. It was the best tasting pizza I've had in recent memory. I would order in if you have the time. The place is buzzing around lunchtime, and there's very limited parking in the front, a few spots in the back. The pizza restaurant is on the south end of the store. The pizza has a thin and crispy yet soft and delicious crust. The sauce is a little sweet and robust. All of the toppings are high quality.
La Grande Orange is in my neighborhood! I have eaten at the other LGO restaurant's for years and I love them. I have to admit that I have avoided this place because it is always crazy busy! Well no more of that! Yesterday I had the Rotisserie Turkey salad - Incredible YUM! Today the Shredded Kale & Quinoa Salad - Yum again! I added hand pulled chicken to the kale salad and avocado to both salads. It's great that all of their salads are premade (fresh) for grab and go :)
We moved away from the Arcadia area and wished we had a La Grande Orange in North Scottsdale! Always a clean place with friendly staff and plenty of healthy food options.We always pop in anytime in the area and snag ALL the cookies and pastries and coffee. La Grande Orange is the perfect place to meet up with a friend or colleague to have a casual catch-up. You can grab a sandwich, parfait, or salad from the grab n go fridge or order a shareable lunch item from their walk-up counter.Forever and always been a fan and wish there were more multi-use grocery, bakery, and pizzeria concepts around town. If you haven't been here before, it's really confusing and makes you feel like you're all over the place. It's a pizza place, you can get coffee at the coffee bar, there is a wine area, dining area, a gift shop right in the middle of everything that has funky cool items.Once you understand the beautiful chaos, the staff is really awesome and helpful and patient. And they have excellent food. Just remember pizza is after 4 PM. There is plenty of seating, but parking reminds me of driving in LA traffic at 5 PM. Be prepared, it's definitely worth it.
Awesome blend of pizza restaurant, bar, wine bar/shop, grocery, cafe, deli, bakery (I’m sure I’m missing something…). Cozy atmosphere and delicious food and drink.
