Very displeases with this location. I called in earlier to confirm about their special that is going on as it states on the website Friday, Saturday and Sunday that if you purchase two dozen donuts it would total $14. This is the Memorial Day special they have plastered on the front page of their website yet I spoke with a manager who wouldn’t help me and said I had to have a coupon…. It tells me to order now on the website to receive this deal why would I need a coupon? She was completely unhelpful and said she wouldn’t honor the special if I went there without a coupon and I was planning to buy these donuts for my birthday tomorrow. I will post a photo of where it states on their website this deal going on.
Edit- this store has become severely understaffed in the past few months. Out of limited edition flavors, not answering their phone, door is locked during open hours, etc.This location seems to have the speciality flavors in stock more reliably than other nearby location
Even after trying them for my 1st time 28 years ago, they still taste as great as day one ??? and the prices are still great too??.
Not very friendly and bad customer service. Came in because there was a promotion going on and the lady almost charged me $14 for a dozen of glazed donuts instead of the advertised $4.08. I brought it up and she said I had to mention it to her to get that price which was not stated in the terms and conditions. Go to a different Krispy Kreme location
I arrived at the drive thru at 9:49p today, April 5, 2022. They close at 10p. No one took my order at the speaker. I drove to the pick up window and gingerly knocked on the glass, no one came to help or take my order. It appears they have closed early. I drove out of my way to get here. Please update your hours online or hire staff that is willing to work their full shift. Thank you.
It’s anyones guess as to whether this place is open and/or actually serving donuts or not. Called ahead to make sure they were open and when I got there they said they weren’t open due to system being down. Also will have “hot now” sign on when they aren’t serving customers. Just go to BoSa’s
If I could give "0" stars I would. By far the worst costumer service my family and I have ever experienced at any food service establishment ever! Went to the drive-thru at the Krispy Kreme on 3201 W Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85017 this morning, Saturday, March 26, 2022. I mentioned right away that I have a coupon for a $5 glazed dozen and the drive-thru attendant "CARMEN," reacted in such disbelief and damn near offend that I asked to use a coupon that I received for being a Krispy Kreme rewards member. And from the beginning my family can hear the anger and negativity in her tone as if we chose and picked the wrong day to buy doughnuts. Despite this absolute sad excuse you call customer service, I will remain a fan of the brand, but I will never ever come back to this particular Krispy Kreme location. And for those that do or or will come to this location in the future I hope and pray that they have a much more pleasant experience than what my family and I received and deserved.
Looked forward to being able to go into the inside dining area after having not been to one since 2004 (none near me). I arrived to find the lobby closed and prices were over priced for the quality.
Says they open at 5:30am. I went to the drive thru at 5:35am and they said that they would have no donuts until 6:15am at the earliest. The employee was extremely rude. Definitely will not be returning.
Service amazing donuts amazing you can not go wrong people . I mean scratch the area cuz it’s not Scottsdale but they manage to do good here
