Loved it! The best poke that I have had in a long time. Fresh tune and salmon. I added avocado (at a cost, and that was on) I didn't get a scoop I got a whole half of an avocado! And it was perfectly ripe. All three of our bowls were amazing. We tried at least 6sauces and they were complimentary. Definitely going back. ??
Rocco Lents and his team served up 100 Poke Bowls to our team at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital, in Scottsdale today. What a treat to have this great donation for our hard working team!!! Thank you, Rocco for being such a great example of giving back to the community and supporting those who have been on the front lines of this pandemic for over 2 years now. The service is always pretty great, however the quality is really hit or miss. The first time was good, which brought us back, however the 2nd time was not good, it had no flavor and was underwhelming, because it had such good ratings and the 1st time I chose to give it another chance and this last time, the rice was mush ( inedible) no flavor again and just not good. I love poke and you are very close to where I live, Please, do better!
Ordered bowl with salmon only and got bowl only with tuna . Staff fixed problem in a best way - I got another bowl with salmon and lady was really kind and gave me gift card for 50% off next order . Gonna back again for sure
Koi pike is one of my favorite places. I can make basically sushi but in a bowl form. It allows me a big variety of selection to put in. I can stay on my low carb / keto diet by selecting greens instead of rice. Love the misago and the toppings too like the furkiake. I usually do spicy tuna salmon and Hawaiian tuna etc as my proteins.
I’ve been searching for a good poke place since I moved here & I finally found my fav! Not only was the food delicious, but Theo was a huge help & made some awesome recommendations. Give that man a raise!! 5/5 from me + my partner.
I went in for a usual poke bowl and the nice guy named Theo made the best poke bowl I’ve ever had. This company is good in general, but Theo’s poke bowl making skills made it next level!
Terrible service, worst rice ever. The rice felt like oatmeal. We told the waitress and she was rude. She told me that It wasn’t her problem and that the only thing she could do was to give us brown rice. Worst experience. We used to be frequent customers last year. We are not coming back.
White rice was extremely overcooked tasted like oatmeal. Server was super rude and told me there is nothing she can do, just offered me to change it for brown rice.
I am not someone that writes reviews but today was the last straw for me with the terrible service! I am writing this about the poor service I have received time and time again from Eric(and if he wasn’t being honest about his name, he was working the Arcadia location on Tuesday the 26th at 3:30pm). I have gone to this location in Arcadia sooo many times and he has been there every time and I don’t know why I keep going back! He REFUSES to give you an ample amount of sauce even if you say you will pay for it. I pay $20 for a bowl, give me some sauce….but the overall attitude…this guy seriously needs to find a job working behind a computer where he is not directly helping people. I actually don’t know if I’ll ever go back again , I just can’t take his attitude anymore! Someone needs to talk to him !
