Knead Luv is a Celiac’s dream! The entire cafe is 100% gluten free and the owner has celiac disease.Besides cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, brownies, chocolate covered pretzels and cookies they also have a nice assortment of drinks and savory items like pulled pork, avocado toast, etc. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll, doesn’t even taste GF! They also do custom order cakes for birthdays and other special occasions.The employees are helpful and knowledgeable and there is a small patio where you can eat outside when the weather is nice.I have an egg intolerance so I just wish they had some egg free items! Sadly every time we’ve been in all the items contain egg.
This little cafe was fantastic! Went there for a work meeting and ended up having an awesome conversation with the owner about all her plans to build the place out. She is so passionate about her plans for this cafe, and I am so excited to see the way her vision is able to transform the place! Not to mention the incredible pastries! You can taste the attention, ‘luv’, and care in every gluten free bite!

Wonderful. This bakery has some of the best goods I've ever enjoyed. I purchased a cake for a birthday party and it was absolutely amazing. When I arrived to pick up the cake there was a small problem and when they couldn't contact me rather than hope and pray that whatever solution they did would be OK they double checked with me and very quickly solved the issue. My new favorite place in the Valley.
So far only had the carrot cake loaf that was so delicious! Went back today but forgot earlier hours, either way I will be back to try more.

This place is a dedicated gluten-free bakery with coffee, tea & lattes with a variety of milk. The mini carrot bunt was perfectly delicious! The cinnamon roll was the best I remember eating & my daughter with Celiac disease loved being able to have a home-made cinnamon roll! The owner said she had Celiac disease, as well, so I knew it is safe for those with Celiac disease! Very friendly staff, with delicious, safe, gluten-free food. I highly recommend it, even if you don’t need gluten-free to be healthy!
Ordered a cake for my moms birthday.They recommended a pineapple upside down cake and it was indeed delicious!Everyone loved it. Glad they were able to do it in a couple of days too.Also the price wasn’t to bad.
Been eating gluten free for over a decade, and this is the best dessert I’ve ever had!
