This place is really delicious. The portions were huge and we took two days to finish the leftovers. We got the naan, gyro plate, and chicken wrap. All three were amazing. It was also a benefit that it was right down the road from our Airbnb. If I ever come back to Phoenix, I’ll go here again. The food was spectacular and authentic.

The best Afghan food I've had, and one of the best restaurants in San Francisco. The breads are delicious, as are the various sauces that come along with them. The main course options are tasty as well. There's something for everyone - vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The vegetarian aushak and the sabzi are both very tasty, with a nice blend of spices. The meal is incredibly filling too.
One of my absolute favorite places to dine in Phoenix. The atmosphere is cozy, the owners/staff are so kind, patient, and attentive to details! We’ve dined in and taken out, and have never had a bad experience. Even after finishing, I can hardly wait to have another round of Tikka Masala! :-)
I ordered The Gyro Plate and it was honestly the best meal I ate during my stay at Phoenix. Everything was flavorful. And for the price paid, the portions were very generous.
The food is to die for, I keep inviting people to lunch here, anyone that's been on the fence about stopping in, stop in, you will not regret it.? Love this restaurant.
First time having Afghan food and it was amazing! The portions were huge and all their dishes were top notch. We tried the lamb shank with the afghan rice; the lamb was so tender and fell off the bone, the rice was very unique with carrots and raisins. The mantoo is a dumpling with a meat filling and a meat sauce on top, it was savory and very delicious. Highly recommend this place!
AMAZING FLAVOR! I have not posted a review in a while. Not because I have not had great food, but I have not had anything get me so excited. The chicken was juicy, all the meat was wonderfully tender. The flavor and texture of the rice is PERFECT. The salad is not just a Lil salad thrown on the side, that cucumber salad is also packed with flavor. Hummus and dessert was exceptional as well. If you have never had food from Afghanistan, you have got to try this place!
Offering large portions at an affordable price hasn't made the quality of food any less than top notch super expensive fancy restaurants. You can enjoy the best quality real Afghan food in this friendly casual restaurant. I am happy that I got a chance to try this restaurant on my Arizona trip.
