I don't go to KFC often but I wanted something different, so I ordered the 3pc tender combo and the ck pot pie. When I get to the window I asked what comes with the combo. She tells my fries, biscuit and a drink. I get home my fries are old and chicken dry. I was charged $17.35 . I decided to go on line just to check why so much. First thing I find out she didn't give me a choice on my sides and she also charged me for a combo on the pie witch I didn't ask for combo .we only got the pie. I tried to call them but no answer. No I remember why I don't go there ?
These are horrible.. they taste like rubber..KFC has gone down the drain.. food is always over cooked.. their customer service has gone downhill.. they don't care anymore... what happened to giving customers excellent service
they forgot the gravy with my mash potatoes ☹️ With a Big family meal.
I was at KFC today, March 17th. I bought ordered 2 large orders of cold slaw. The employee/cashier was very patient, kind and helped me count out all my quarters.I appreciate that and will always remember that excellent customer service. The cold slaw was great too, as always.So I hope the manager gets recognized for great customer service and great employees, all of them doing a great job.I was having a hard, sad day and he made it better!Thank you!! Always greatly appreciated!!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our food was ready very quickly. Two of us ate for $20 which I think is a pretty good value considering all the food that you get. The restaurant was very clean. There was plenty of parking and it wasn't very busy for Saturday at the time we went for lunch today. The chicken was good as always and the sides were surprisingly better from what I remembered. Really excellent experience would highly recommend this location.
Really nice staff food was good. The guy at the front desk gave me a free drink and extra sauce packets. Place was pretty clean they had a TV on in the lobby. Decent quality food. Nice staff. Would recommend this location. Nothing bad to say. Gotta love kfc.
Did they run out of chicken or something??!! Tiniest leg n thighs I’ve ever seen at kfc. Ordered on uber eats, really is this still chicken??!! I’m very disappointed after spending over $20
We went through the drive thru and it took about 35 minutes just to get to the window to pay. The employee had some attitude when we asked politely if our chicken would be ready. We were stuck in the middle of the line, if we weren’t we definitely would have left. Terrible experience and extremely inconvenient.
The chicken in the sandwich was a little tough like it had been sitting for a while. The frys had way to much salt and the tea was nasty. The order came out in less than a minute. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh cooked piece of chicken. Not going back.
Ok look I’m keep it real the food is ok and service is average . But the left over chicken from nights before is what they put in their pot pies so on that note ima stay clear of the pot pies cuz that chicken been from hand to hand. Also I watched my server not wash his hands before counting that money and servin my chicken so ya. I asked for my refund and left but my friends still ate and he was licking his fingers so ya
