This place is prestine .., the food was fresh, the booth seating is fantastic, goodjob staff.. Rip.. I would give a five star rating but in order to do that i would have to repeat my experience few more times.. i guess i will be seeing you guys (KFC) a bit more.5-19-22. Terrible. I do not understand what happened. Purchased a num 12, sandwich was warm and coold in some areas.. and softdrink machine has been out for more than 2months . like i said,
If you want to eat at 6pm make sure you order at 4pm and then you'll still have to sit in the lobby for another 25 min. All I ordered was a 3 piece box at 6:33, finally received my food at 7:05. Avoid this location.
Only gave 1 star because I had too. I ordered online we get the store at 8:30pm to be told "its going to be original, and we have no mac and cheese" the store is supposed to close at 10pm the staff was extremely rude and didn't want to give a refund or a number to call to get a refund. When I called the manager she "apologized" but wasn't really concerned that they were out of stuff so early and kept making excuses and saying " Well I wasn't there so I don't know what was going on" "maybe they were busy" maybe they had a big order in front of you so they ran out" save yourself some time and avoid this location at all costs
Ordered combo #1, which comes mashed potatoes and added Mac n cheese. The nice worker confirmed my order was complete in the bag; to get home and no mashed potatoes. Paid more to get less and no one answers the telephone to try to explain of missing item. Very disappointing
I haven't gone to KFC in years.. I saw they added beyond chicken to their menu and thought I'd give them another try. I go through the drive thru, place my order, specify the drink and dipping sauce, and as I am handing my card I'm told it's a 10 minute wait and I need to park. Okay.. no big deal, although I should have been told when I placed my order at the speaker. I wait 10.. 15.. 20.. 25 minutes and no one ever comes out. I pull back around and am told oh.. I think its done now. Go to the window.. they ask about the sauce, I tell them again, they hand me my food and as I start to say they forgot my drink he closes the window on me. At this point I'm laughing at the sheer ridiculousness of the entire situation, I wait.. and wait.. they finally open it again "did you need something?" Yeah.. my drink. "I think this is it" hands me a drink that was sitting on the counter. I dont even care at this point. Leave.. get home.. open the bag. No sauce, try the drink.. not what I ordered either. Seriously corporate? Look at these reviews.
I bought their coupon deal of $12.99 on Tuesday January 25th 2022. It was the worst fried chicken I ever tasted. Too salty, too greasy and not cooked very well. It was half cooked. I had to throw the whole bucket. It was a disgrace to KFC. Will NEVER try KFC again
Went to the KFC after not visiting them for a year-and-a-half due to such poor customer service and poor quality of food I decided to stop by and give them one last chance my expectations were very high and they match them thanks for taking care of your past problems on Central and Baseline will eat there again
35 minutes for a famous bowl?? Hmmm doesn’t make sense, especially when there’s only two cars in the drive thru! Where corporate to resolve this. KFC has gone down hill but this is by far the worst.
Waited 12 minutes in drive thru. About 10 cars in front of us. All of a sudden drive thru started moving very quickly. Got to the speaker and was told it would be a 35 minute wait for to bring out orders. I asked is everything on the menu a 35 minute wait? I was told YES EVERYTHING. That’s amazing!!
Please do not eat here. This place gave me food poisoning last week. Something was contaminated or not fully cooked. I ordered the number 4 fried chicken combo. Go to the KFC in Laveen.
