I Always Have A Problem With The Rude Lady Manager But Today I Took My Food Back Because The Fries And Biscuits We’re Like Hot Rocks… She Dug Her Hand After Coughing Into My Bag With My My Other Food Dug For The Biscuits And Walked Off After Finding What She Was Looking For Didn’t Speak To Me At Even Though I Was Speaking To Her And Made One Of The Other Workers Repeat Everything She Said To Me…. She Got Smart At The Mouth Telling Me Next Time Check My Food Before I Leave… Dawn At This Point Just Find A New Profession Of Tell Your Higher Up That You Hate It Here Because Nothing About You Screams Customer Service
I mostly just use the drive threw bcz I don't like to dine-in bcz Covid-19, has missed up my way of eating in fast food restaurants.But! Only in curtain occasions I will go to KFC for a good big meal.Overall KFC is a great place to choose if you have a big appetite or a big family and you want a meal to keep you full for hours.
Was a odd experience. Walked in to order food, placed the order and waited 15 minutes for it. Throughout the whole time, 5 to 6 employees including the manager were working. Manager was doing a refund for 1 customer while the others stood around doing nothing, and I was still waiting for my food. The employees didn't start making up my order until the manager was done doing the refund. Really? Why did everyone look lost? Will not go back.
They close their drive thru and lobby 30 mins before their scheduled time that they close. Waste of gas if they close 30 mins early might as well update your hours to 9:30pm
I used to love KFC. My father used to say, “why cook chicken when KFC is so good?” I’m not sure what happened. Maybe they changed the cookers? But some time ago the chicken became mushy, greasy, and inedible. I’m very sad about it. This is mostly universal - all their stores suck. However, I keep trying.
The absolute worst experience , ordered #13 with large fry and mtn dew and a sierra mist with an additional fry , that is not what I got. Instead I got 2 medium frys and a water ??? How did you mess this up that bad .... ?? Also my little chicken sandwiches had nothing on them, no pickles ,no mayo .... Absolutely upset I have already contacted corporate. I understand everyone is in a rush but atleast have the decency to do your job right .....
Went in drive thru. Waited about 5 minutes and was saying hello like 3 times and they didn't acknowledge not once. Drove up to the window and asked if the drive thru was broken and was told we heard you? Why couldn't you say we will be right with you? That's the 1st thing we learn when we start working... Then tried to order at the window to be told you have to order at the speaker.
Food was undercooked! Disgusting and the staff wasn't clear of what chicken pieces were which. It was a waste of time and money. It was so nasty went to sleep mad and hungry.
I know better than to stop at this brand of food. The last two times have been horrible. They advertise spicy chicken sandwich, but it isn't spicy chicken, it is just a fan 3 of sauce, yesterday my order wasn't ready in drive thru. I pulled around to wait, so after 5 minutes I go in and find they gave my order to another person and I still had to wait. I finally got half cooked chicken strips. Quite disappointed ☹️
The worst location i have ever been too!!!!! We ordered the 16 pc bucket with mashed potaptes and gravy ×3 and one lg fries! It took 45 mins ehile we were waiting in the lot. They only gave us 1 gravy for 3 potaoes . the fries tasted like old oil. And the chicken was not crunchy or crispy or fresh! It was all soggy and falling apart. The boy working the drive thru was sitting on the ground behind the register fooling around and laughing!!! Then picked his nose before handing us our food!!! I have never been so disgusted before... I will be calling corporate on this location Thomas Rd in Phx!
