It was good and fast service the chicken isn't as big as it used to be that's for sure but still good flavor
Very BAD SERVICE workers ignored us for 5 minutes and they were playing with the food customers from drive-thru were ordering
The hole time i can hear the worker's playing in the kitchen i finally get to the window more playing around and none stop laughing and it was a phone order took forever
It was dirty, lacked good service, chicken was falling apart (not crispy but soggy), biscuit was crushed into the box and food tasted old and greasy
The worst kfc since 2011, they always run out of chicken and when u order a bowl, its maybe half a bowl. Their customer service sucks and I seen white powder in one's nose!! Never again!
If I could give zero Stars I would. The location in Maricopa needs to be shut down. Don't ever go there. The other locations around the valley have been really hard to gauge whether they're going to have the type of chicken you want and whether it's going to be fresh or old. We stopped going to KFC. It just turns out to be a waste of money the majority of the time.
Wasn't busy when we wentKinda difficult to locate as the location wasn't directly next to the intersection. It's actually south of the gas station on the cornerStaff was attentive but not particularly friendly,maybe because this is predominantly Hispanic neighborhood and we are white.Service was quick but we had to go back in to request plates and utensils with our family meal and it was difficult for staff to locate the utensils,I mean really? Not everyone is taking their meal to their home. Located next to one of the busiest freeways in the Phoenix area,you'd think they would be better prepared. It took them longer to find the utensil than it did for them to give us our order!Their dining room was open to the customers although we only saw one person eating at a tableFood was good though
Very disappointed in the food. I asked for extra crispy chicken. They didn't have any made so I waited 40 min. Got home with food and couldn't eat it. All the breading was so gooey it was falling right off the chicken. I did take it back and they replaced it but definitely not KFC standards. Will not eat at that KFC again.
They don't have what I order.I ask for 12pcs wings not hot wings.She said we only have five. And I also ordered 9 pcs drum sticks she have the nerve said we don't have drum sticks. So I ask to speak to her manager he just high school freshman can't take orders from customers.Do go to KFC- POPEYES- CHURCHES CHICKEN.
40 minutes of waiting just to be told it's going to be another 45 minute wait on chicken.Waited in drive through for 20-minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. Got impatient tried to go inside only to be told the lobby is closed. No signs, location closes at 10pm. It's Saturday. It's only 730 at this time and there are customers sitting in there eating their food and I had walked by one of their employees sitting in the corner without a word from him.Irritated I get back in line to find the same cars still there, plus one. Another 20 minutes pass and I finally get to the speaker and that's when they tell me it's gonna be 45 minutes for another batch of chicken.Do the math...thats almost an hour and half. All I wanted was some dang KFC bowls. Not even whole pieces of chicken... but I was so irritated I completely said screw it.Went to Church's just down the road and their line moved quick and they had chicken ready. Wasn't even in line and served for more than 7 minutes with just 2 cars ahead of me.
