I went here today to get 2 chicken pot pies I went inside . no one acknowledged me I said hello someone finally peeked around the corner walked over with a solemn look on her face I asked her for 2 chicken pot pies she said there wasn't any I said you don't have any or you're not making any ..still with her straight face and we don't have any. I said ok I'm calling corporate when I leave right now and she said ok have a nice day.I CALLED CORPORATE AND LEFT A MESSAGE. LETS SEE IF THEY RETURN MY CALL
Ordered an 8 piece mixed. Went home and found 4 thighs and no breasts. Drove back and showed the manager Lucia the four thighs. Lucia said staff was told by her to substitute thighs for breasts without telling customer. Lucia said if I don't like her policy then go get food somewhere else.
Hours aren't as said on website. They open and close when they want. It's hardly open on time or food isn't ready. Closes early too. I also do deliveries twice they ran out of chicken! Kfc didn't have CHICKEN! HAD TO CANCEL ORDERS. ITS THE WORST IN THE VALLEY!
The food was great, but there were only two employees, both working very hard to keep the drive thru flowing, but that leaves no time to clean the seating areas. I know staffing is a huge issue right now, but the owner should step in and do the housekeeping if they want to maintain a 5 star rating.
They were very busy but did a great job and still got food out quite quickly. The serving sizes are definitely smaller but is a sign of the times. Good for a KFC
This store is feeling the impact of nobody having a desire to hold a paying job. The crazy thing is there is a college a couple of blocks down the street. I would think that students need a job.
The chicken was cold, there was no biscuit in one of the meals and the sauce we asked for was not provided, also made us wait 5 minutes for French fries that weren’t even a lot to eat.I suggest if you want some horrible service when you get hungry for kfc go to this one.Me personal, I will never go back to this location for chicken again.
Never had any issues here. It's a KFC and it's run well. Nothing special, it's just KFC, but also not awful. Very clean, start works well.
Better option than the cafeteria at St. Joe's Hospital! Food was good, service was excellent!
Imagine, it's Friday night, you don't feel like cooking.. The family wants Kentucky Fried Chicken for dinner. You say OK and go to grab a bucket of chicken with all the sides... You get to your neighborhood Kentucky Fried Chicken, and they are out of chicken?????!!!!!What kind of poor management does it take for a place that's known FOR IT'S CHICKEN to NOT have CHICKEN????? This is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE to me. And if I were the owner, would find it to be completely Unacceptable!!!!You all need to do better!!!!
