Just went through the drive thru and rung up by Tori. I ordered the bucket for one and asked for the mac and cheese side to be replaced with mashed potatoes and gravy and for the 2 sauces that it comes with to be ranch. Went to the window, paid and received the food. Checked it and I have Mac and cheese, NO mashed potatoes and zero sauces. So luckily I am still sitting at the window, I wave the girl to come back and let her know the issue. She is super confused and I let her know my receipt reflects my requests (so clearly whoever bagged the order just didn’t even look at the actual order) someone in the back yells and directs the window girl to take BACK the mac and cheese LMAO and then hands me 4 ranches and the mashed potatoes. It just blew my mind how literally the 2 things I asked for were forgotten in literal seconds and gross that they took the mac and cheese back after I had it in my vehicle and handled it. I’m sure the next customer will get that one ?
Very disappointed today, stale oil gave the fries and chicken an unpleasant after taste. The chicken legs especially were overcooked. The Mac and cheese looked as though it had been cooked a while ago. The sweetcorn was ok.
My food was not eatable. It was greasy and looked like it was days old. Done ever eating at this KFC. The trash was the best place for it. Waste of $19
Very dry and over cooked. Awful. If you go there check your food before you leave. I called and complain to manager.I see the reviews are 3.2 so the food must be usually poor. Not good.
WORST KFC I HAVE EVER VEEN IN MY LIFE . I normally don’t share my experience or leave reviews but I felt the need to share with being a resident in laveen for over 10 years. When I walked in there was a door dash driver waiting patiently at the register. The young lady helping grabbed his bags and was swinging them as they hit her knees and dropped a bag on the floor. Picked it up and handed to him still with no apology .She came to the register and asked if we were ready and rolled her eyes and just walked away and said let me know when you are. She had us waiting at the register for 5 minutes then another employee helped us. ( she was kind ) The lady went into the kitchen and started slamming mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese in the bowls banging them and causing a scene. As I was watching her make my food she grabbed my bun and my patty with NO GLOVES NO HAND WASHING NOTHING!! I then asked for a manager and asked if they can have her wear gloves and they told her “ she only put one on “ I feel so bad for her coworkers as all this was happening they were just looking her not understanding why she was acting as such . I WANT NOTHING FREE I just hope the customer service here improves . I would never eat here again . Go to the one on central and baseline . 100% perfect costumer service
Was heading home stopped today get 4pc. I got home!!!!!!. The chicken was dry. Shriveled up meat was dark. Biscuit was puck style. As a chef im surprised u serve poor food. No in not shocked u guys don't care. To lazy to care about your job and the guest. Seems your manager is the same. I know i won't get refund but u all need to be retrained
Just order there and it was gross. The food was gross. My order wasn't complete when I ask them if it was, the food is horrible like so much fat on the chicken and over burnt pieces of chicken.Dogs are fed better food than this. Customer service is the only good thing about this place.I want a refund.

Was out of the food I wanted to order. Refused to cook fresh chicken and they still had an hour left before closing. They don't offer any discount or discounted alternatives to substitute or compensate for the inconvenience. Then they have the nerve to charge an arm and a leg for food... Ridiculous!
