I am extremely upset an apauled by my recent experience at this restaurant. I will no longer be supporting this business/Franchise. I urge you to please take the time to read about my experience, and decide for yourself if they are worth your time and money. Today was a hot day, I went to this KFC to get mashed potatos, gravy, and coleslaw. The drive-through line was long and I was trying to quickly get a Togo order because I have a sick dog to get back to, and my kids were in the car. The lobby door was not locked and there was nothing specifying that the businesses lobby was closed. In fact there were other individuals in the establishment eating. An African American gentleman was at the counter with a tray of food. The gentleman was distressed and recording as The two employees I could visibly see kept looking at me, but would not acknowledge my presence. The man on the side who was recording told me that the two individuals working refused to give him a to go box, although he had paid for his food, he just did not want to spill leftovers in his car. Although visibly upset the man was not acting out of line, he was not causing a disturbance in the establishment. 10 minutes went by and the two workers refused to acknowledge me. I yelled out to the back of the restaurant, I was in a rush. At first they looked at me and then the man working the drivethrough looked at me and in a unfriendly tone told me the lobby was closed. I told them they had no sign on the door, there were people eating, and I explained what I needed to order and that I had people waiting in the car. The other employee came up to me and told me the lobby was closed again, I reiterated that there were individuals eating in the restaurant, and asked if it was because they didnt want to give the gentleman waiting a to-go box. Extremely rude, they claimed it had noting to do with the ma refused to serve me and walked away. I had to call two stores before I could talk to a store lead who kindly had the district coach give me a call. There was a lot of tension in the store.I feel like the man was being treated terribly by the employees as and I believe it had a lot to do with his race. I did have a conversation with Steve their Area Coach who apologized for the incident and explained it never should have happened. The area manager told me that both of the employees were Hispanic and that he didn't think it had anything to do with the man's race. I Appreciate him calling me and apologizing, but my phone call did nothing to help my experience personally, and respectfully I do not agree that this incident had nothing to do with race. Regardless of employees being minorities that does not mean their contempt for the gentleman was not racially charged. Reguardless of what happened with the man they should be tendung to other people in the store. They lack professionalism and quite frankly the two grown men handled the situation like toddlers. I'm very disappointed I will no longer be supporting KFC as a franchise and I have lost all respect for them as an establishment.

I take my mother in law by here when she asks for chicken. They've always gotten her order right, it's always fresh, and properly hot or cold depending on the item. We'll surely be back.
I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-through before they mentioned that the chicken was out. I had to order chicken tenders mixed with the traditional fried chicken(which was re-heated). This took forever, more than Starbucks and it was a short line too. Not sure if will go back
They charged 33 dollars for 12 pieces of chicken and fries. Rude person at window. Did not even offer sauce and ketchup!!They gave us only 9 pieces and terrible fries.We went back and the manager looked at us as if we were begging for extra chicken. We said we dont want it, We are here only to point it out that you have shorted us.Terrible place and staff.Unhealthy too.
I did not get what I ordered, and part of what I ordered was inedible so I gave them to the dogs. Folks! I tried the Beyond Chicken Nuggets...I like to try new things. To best describe how tough and rubbery these were, think of an old, hard 2 inch eraser that got baked in the sun too long, or perhaps one of those felt coasters you put under furniture legs to keep from scratching up the floor. Dogs liked them, they made awesome doggie biskies. Also I ordered a large cole slaw family size, and got a puny one instead. The cashier seemed kind of out of it, but who isn't these days. Just letting the business know. Purchased Jan. 26, 7pm-ish. Thank you for listening. The restaurant was exceptionally clean so, one stars for that and one star for the low quality of the food. It was 21.50 for a 12 piece combo, small coke and the slaw. I paid way too much for this food failure.... the slaw was super soggy and soft.
I had to try the new beyond chicken nuggets. They were hardier than I expected, which is a plus and quite crunchy but a bit dry. The only sauce that was vegan friendly was ketchup or BBQ sauce. The staff member was very professional and read the ingredients of the options to ensure I didn't get something with animal products.
Craving KFC. Went to this location close to home. It took hours to try and get food for us and our company. Poor employee all by himself trying to take care of inside dining area and drive through. Tried again today and again not getting any attention in dining area, only taking care of drive through..Never again. Went to Canes to see if better luck there.
My granddaughter just went to this location to try and get me some chicken and they were totally rude to her I just wanted some chicken no sides no nothing just chicken... they thru a fit told her they couldn't do that it would still be 8.00 for 2 pics of chicken!! Wth!!! She took a picture of menu for me and I heard in the background oh now she wants to be thing pictures of us! Rude rude employee.
NEVER EAT FROM HERE.Disgusting I had tons of blonde hair in my spicy chicken sandwich today, I didn’t even step foot in the store to dispute it, just tossed the whole thing in the trash. WHAT A NASTY PLACE.
