We went thru the drive thru ordered $65 worth of food. After we paid the employee asked us "Ugh, what did you order. I forgot." We told him. Then few minutes later he asked the same thing. We just gave him our receipt back so he can fill our order. All I can do is shake my head and wonder why are we fighting for more pay if they are not competent enough to do the job.FYI - still had our order wrong two more times. After we got our food.
I came to kfc today to order the new jack harlow meal which includes a spicy chicken sandwhich, fries, lemonade, mac n cheese and ranch for 9.99. Not to be rude but the guys taking the order was a little hard at comprehending our order. I specifically ordered the Jack Harlow meal and when I received my meal it was missing the mac n cheese. We pulled around and kindly made them aware of the mistake. The guy working the window apologized and said he would grab my small mac n cheese. Then the manager came to the window with a rude attitude talking about how he personally packed our meal for us. So I explained I ordered the Jack Harlow and he said I was only charged for a regular chicken sandwhich meal that was 8.99. and lied and told us the jack harlow meal is 15$ even though the sign and the menu says 9.99 ???I said that’s fine I will pay the difference for the mac n cheese since the meal says 9.99and he said no he would have to charge me the full $4 for a small side mac n cheese. I explained to him that it was their mistake and why can’t they just give me the mac n cheese or let me pay the difference. He refused and said I had to pay $4. KFC get new management. He was rude and not personal at all. I mean your most recent reviews about him says enough don’t you think?
Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Customer service were not honest, made excuses, and had zero accountability. Was told my order would take 9 minutes and if I wanted to wait...I accepted the time. 15 min go by and they tell me pull up front and someone will bring it out to me.. no one brings me my order. 35 min lapse, I try and go in and get it, the doors are locked.. I pull back through the drivethru and I tell them how long I been waiting and a different fella is telling me the other workers told me 15 minutes not 9... by now I have waited 48 minutes exactly and this guy is arguing with me that they told me 15 minutes and not 9. All of them have zero perception of time and they have zero customer service skills. Accepting poor service is hard to come by these days, and I wasn't even asking for anything past the bare minimum that most places offer by default. The bigger fella at the window who did not take my original order, is making excuses that it's not his fault that the shifts before them screwed them over because the machines could only be over ridden so many times before it wont work.None of that pertained earlier. Poor communication skills. Poor acceptance. Poor service. Won't be back and either will our company.
We went and ordered $50 worth of chicken mashed potatoes and mac and cheese to share with our friends and we all ended up with food poisoning. Tried to call but all I get is a busy signal. I have been puking and you know what. So I don't recommend, at all. 4/11.
My son ordered a 5 piece tender he was given a 3 piece chicken meal. I took it up and asked for the replacement. The young girl that helped me had no clue what to do. The manager comes over and asked me what was wrong. He was wearing a head set for the drive thru. I had to repeat myself 3 times because he couldn't hear me. The third time he asked me not to yell. I can't hear you he said as he pointed to his head set. I instructed him to take it off I'm not in the drive thru. He should give me the respect of being a Customer on the inside that he gives the one in the drive thru.
Ordered the family pack of 16 pc. it was almost $50. Got home half the chicken was new, the other half of chicken was old. Took a bite of the thigh and was sicken with the taste of old nasty grease. I drove back with the full order ask them for cash refund, as I paid cash they declined. Stated their policy was a non refund of cash, debit or credit Strictly a switch out on product or a store credit. No refunds at all. The only option I had was a store credit . The pieces of the thigh and the wing or so small it was ridiculous. Please unless you want to pay an outrageous amount for chicken that may be old or cooked with old grease. Beware they offer free stench of grease in your mouth. Do not go to KFC!!!! I highly advise you go anywhere other than KFC because if you find yourself in a bad situation to where the chicken or the product is unacceptable you will get a store credit and not a cash refund if you pay cash.
Amazing experience. Service was perfect. The restaurant was clean and not busy. Good value for what you got. Food tasted good, better than I remembered. We would highly recommend this location.
We stopped in for a early lunch and could not have had a better experience. Inside the restaurant was very clean and well taken care of, the staff was friendly and quick to take our order. The food was hot and fresh!
Would have been a zero if it was an option. I ordered online, 8 piece original recipe with 2 extra biscuits. When the order arrived it was extra crispy and extra old. It was around 6 in the evening but was probably cooked when they first opened. The chicken was hard and extremely dry. Also I didn't get any biscuits but I was given 4 chocolate chip cookies. The crew at this KFC don't care about their jobs and it shows. The quality of food at KFC has gone way down. I don't plan on ever eating there again.
This is the worst KFC IN THE PHOENIX AREA DO NOT GO THERE! TRUST ME THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE CALLS PHONES ARE ALWAYS BUSY THEY NEVER HAVE CHICKEN MADE EMPLOYEES ARE IN BACK DOING GOD.KNOWS WHAT ?
