First visit to this location. VERY clean store!! All three staff were very polite. Michael made my order. He was knowledgeable with answers to my questions, as I was ordering for coworkers as well as myself. It was so wonderful to have an enjoyable customer service experience when other places seem to not put much stock in it. Michael made a great sandwich and I’ll return to this location in the near future!
Overall outstanding location!!! Always beautifully clean and stocked. The Manager Michael is extremely professional and is staff always serve with a smile!!! 10/10 if you haven't been to this location, you should definitely stop by :)

My husband and I just went into the store ten minutes before close on a Saturday night to order three subs. I’ve worked in the food industry and it’s tough as an employee to give “excellent” service that close to close. This team smiled and greeted us as soon as we walked in and proceeded to be friendly throughout the entire order, engaging in conversation. It really meant a lot to us coming in from a rough day, expecting the service to be subpar to get us out. Thank you for shedding light on the day, Bri and Evelyn! On our way to enjoy the food now!
I am very disappointed in Jersey Mikes. Called in on 3/29/22 for a order of 60 sandwiches but would apply it to Special Olympics fundraising and told me to come in once opened to handle it and all they did was turn us away. Not professional at all when the meals were to support the athletes for special Olympics and have our police and fire enjoy a lovely meal.I would not recommend Jersey Mikes for catering this can happen to you.
Great parking. The restaurant and restroom was clean. The service was a bit slow but our order was correct and the food tasted good as usual. The staff was friendly enough. They ran out of straws. Overall a good experience, we just weren't wowed.
They always make my Philly's just right at this location. I visit often when im in town and am never disappointed in the service. This place is always clean and the service is great. Really get a Jersey feel with the manager's accent. Keep up the great work, Michael!
This is one of my favorite Jersey Mike's locations in Phoenix. The food is always tasty and fresh, and the restaurant is always clean. I'm usually in a rush and can always count on getting my subs really quickly. Keep up the great work!
The Philly the Philly don’t come here without getting the Philly. Subs are great and they use good quality meats. You might pay a little more than a sub way but it’s well worth it.
Great, friendly service & the store looked so cute for the Holidays. They made my sandwiches with care and just how I wanted it & it tasted delicious!
