Avoid this jersey Mike's no matter what. Terrible service, Terrible wait times, no communication on anything while you wait for over 20 minutes..Oh you got a online order to pick up good luck that'll be a 35 minute wait. When they play pick a ticket instead of going in order they go by what's easiest than leave the bigger or harder orders up there.. I'm going to tell anyone that'll listen to never give this place business.
This location has consistently messed up our orders. I am not usually picky if someone gets something wrong occasionally, but we have given them 6 chances and all 6 experiences have been obnoxiously terrible. If you add extra items, they don’t put it on. If you ask without a dressing or without a vegetable, they keep it on. They simply cannot follow directions. We even picked up our order once and they forgot our chips. After asking for them, we were waiting for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us (not waiting on other customers), asked if they had our chips, they went to the back, and after 5 more minutes we picked up chips from the front and just said “We’ll just grab these here”. This last time, our sandwiches were so greasy and soaked with sauces that they were actually hard to pick up and eat. Avoid this location at all costs.
We weren't greeted like usual. We ordered but the guy was distracted and he asked me again how I wanted my sub...it still came without tomatoes. No biggie, I went and asked for some. The cashier though after handling $$ handed my husband his cup WITH his gloves INSIDE the cup. Ugh I never saw him change his gloves while performing several dif tasks. I'm in the food service industry and this drives me CRAZY. Subs tasted fine but prices have risen again. Wint rush back. I got a text for double points...didn't receive double points.
Would give this place zero stars if I could. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up I was informed that somebody else had already come in and picked up my order. So essentially, my order was given to someone else. I was then told that there was nothing they could do about it and I never received my food OR a refund as if it was somehow my fault? Not to mention I showed them a receipt of my online order. I understand mistakes happen but this is just unacceptable. Although Jersey Mikes owes me $11.23, money isn’t the issue here. Irresponsible workers who attempt to shift the blame on customers for THEIR mistake is the real problem.
I'm not a sandwich person, but I am HOOKED on these dang sandwiches. The workers are mostly ok. They don't accept any large bills though, no matter how much the order is. So be prepared for that.
Went in at 845pm didn't know they close at 9. Was told no hot subs and I understand it's closing time. Would have got a cold sub but yhe girl had such a bad attitude about me being there I just left. Won't be back either. Try boston market s turkey sandwich across the street.best sandwich I ever had

It's a very busy store, and I have ordered via Door Dash and I have walked in. The staff works as hard as they can to get your order right, and the management will fix any issues that arise very quickly, and with care. The food is Jersey Mike's awesomeness, fresh bread and sandwich fixin's. I am glad they are here, and glad to get delivery when needed.
What a poor experience. Ordered lunch at 1030 for a delivery at 11. Then I got a text saying it would arrive no later than 1117 and a link to check my status. I checked and now it’s 1133. Called the store and they offered to refund my money and throw away the sandwiches with a major attitude on the phone. Very poor way to do business and I will for sure never order through their app again.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Staff is so rude ! I'm sorry for the people who eat here. Management needs to rethink it's hiring !
