Always yummy but they need to blend their smoothies better. I find I am always getting big chunks of fruit stuck in my straw.
Orders were taken and prepared with reasonable speed/haste, staff was pleasant (but without being annoyingly so), and my smoothie was delish. Staff was patient when I was indecisive, offering to substitute ingredients in order to accommodate me.

this place has a extraordinary customer service. Everyone is nice and my drink is always delicious 10/10
Açaí bowel is my favorite but it’s sad it’s preparation is not consistent among staff. while some are good at making it like Miss. Jasmine who makes best açaí, others do terrible job at making it and sometimes don’t even grind the frozen açaí.
Literally come in 45 min before closing and all the monitors are off and when I asked the cashier if they were still open she rudely responded with "until 8" and then proceeded to COMPLETELY ignore us when asking if we could order??? Could have said NO IT'S TOO LATE but instead she acted like I didn't even exist or say anything ? How am I supposed to know you close BEFORE closing time? literally SO mean for no reason. Got a bad smoothie yesterday so idk why I even came back lol guess I won't anymore!
