Called in to place a order.. Dude told me to come in and place a order. It must be that difficult to take a order over the phone. When I walked in there's no customer's in here. So he was very lazy
Every Jamba Juice I have been to is fast. This one not so much. A sloth moves faster! Four people in line should be able to take care of them quickly with no issues. With three people in front of me, no telling how long they have been waiting to place an order, I left and went to sonic.
The staff was so nice and polite! Definitely recommend coming to this Jamba Juice(:
Came in early morning for a protein smoothie and Alyssa had a great attitude and helped me choose what to get because I can never make up my mind when it comes to smoothies.
Tasja and Alex were a great team! I was really craving the peanut butter mood and ended up ordering the wrong thing, they gladly re-did my drink at no cost although I wanted to pay my drink since it was my mistake! They made my little baby inside of me so happy ?

Hadn’t been to a Jamba Juice in ages so decided to stop in. First disappointment was no bananas so employee suggested I substitute strawberries in the peanut butter mood. It was disgusting so I returned it. I didn’t have time to wait for another drink so I ask for a refund. Manager tells me she can’t refund me because she’d have to go in the back and “it might take a minute” and she’ll do it later and I should “call back in a couple days” to make sure I got my refund. They were also out of every cup beside small. No bananas, no cups, no refund… huge waste of time.
I LOVE Jamba juice! I get the Aloha Pineapple and my husband gets the Caribbean Passion. Sooo good!
Younger curly hair kid had the worst attitude. I will not be returning. Needs some kind of therapy or anger management.
Good place just gave a 4 star, because I had a pick up order and had to still wait 5 minutes until the order was ready.
