Good smoothies and friendly service. Sometimes the smoothies aren't mixed well enough and have chucks of ice.
Came in to redeem my birthday coupon mind you my birthday is less than month ago and it had no expiration in the email , members were nice started on my drink was understanding but the manager said it expired and there is no way shape or form exact words to redeem a small smoothie that amounts to $6 thank you I will gladly go to robeks
Neither the breakfast nor their drinks tasted right for any of our party... so not up to Jamba Juice standards
Never been to a Jamba juice before, seems like a standard smoothie place.
Rude. New staff appears to be limited in training and simply rude. High price for the products sold and wasting time with untrained personnel.
This was my favorite Jamba location but they have really been struggling with staff and getting the orders correct lately. I hope they can pull it today.

Apparently, they never have any oatmeal. Tried to order it multiple times... Either make what's on the menu... or remove it from the menu? Seems simple to me.
I hate doing this, but I have already contacted corporate directly and spoke to the "manager" about this issue. I have tried to order oatmeal from this location on SIX separate occasions now and the employee says...."Oh sorry, we didn't make any today." The last time I ordered it using door dash, went to pick it up, and the manager said, "I was late and didn't make any." Then she refunded me in cash and shorted me 4 cents??? Really you can't refund my full amount??? Honestly this behavior is just lazy and TERRIBLE customer service. I will not be going into this business again.
