Walked in was greeted by whom I assumed to be a manager or assistant manager. Because e of the way she was talking at people not to them. But to the point, was greeted by management that looked at my order saw my name was on the ticket for the order. But proceeds to reply with what kinda astounded actually! Her response " please wait while I get your server." I ordered pick up how would I have a server if I never sat down to start with, and why wouldn't she have messed up my to go order instead of making me wait another 10 to refund my money. If you have a degree in rocket science!
Went with my boyfriend to go get brunch here a week or so ago, and it was delicious. Service was on point. Food was hot and ready. And enjoyed the experience from friendly service workers.Thank you IHOP. Good job!
I love my IHOP here at Sun City South. They don't make you feel uncomfortable because you go in there alone 99% of the time. The food is fantastic the mushroom cheese onion omelette is great. It's convenient it has nice sweet warm people working there. They always treat me with respect
Today was my first time in this ihop. Brianna was my server she did an excellent job. The order came hot and fast, we got refills everything we need. I gave 3 stars because the cleaning of the restaurant was poor. It was not busy so I think they have a lot of time to check bathroom and the dinning room. Hope this help to pay more attention to clean especially because the floor was wet and it was very slippery. Again Brianna thank you for your great service.
We went to this IHOP Easter morning around 4:30 am. The place only had 2 tables occupied and one was leaving. Our order was to go and we had the pleasure of being served by manager . Although the hours were early and he had been there already 14+ hrs. He was kind joyful and polite. I forgot his name but the event was memorable. Thank you we will be back
I love IHOP. Well sometimes the service is slow and poor but most of the time is great. The most important part is the food and they are on top of that.
this place sucks! went here at 6:30 today Tues. April 5th with my grandson. He ordered off the happy hour menu, i ordered off the entree menu. he ordered the classic Steakburger and I ordered the grilled cheesy chicken bacon ranch meal with a salad. The first thing i noticed no salt or pepper on the tables. When our food got to us i got the crispy chicken instead of the grilled chicken. Told the waiter this and also asked about my salad. Also he did not ask us if we wanted any ketchup or mustard for my grandsons burger. my chicken was cut into strips, menu says that it was suppose to be two breast. Someone from the cook staff came out and told me that the waiter said that i didn't want the rice, this is not true. I asked her if she could make it to go she agreed. I ate my salad, the waiter brought me my to go meal. I asked for my check and saw that i was charged the regular price for the Steakburger, told the waiter he said ok he would fix it. I was sitting with my back to them but my grandson said that they had to get a menu to check the price of the burger. Meanwhile i get my to go container for my meal and there are 3 containers for 1 meal. something needs to be done here. after all that i didn't get an apology or any type of compensation for this mess. i will not go back
Good good ? pancakes, coffee, eggs, crepes, bacon, , hash brown , fast service and good dining services. The ladies bathroom Need a bit of attention.
I ordered my food online and picked up myself via curbside....sucks the restaurant only had one curbside spot and being that it is the weekend I understand them being busy. First issue, the text I received did not work to "inform the restaurant" I was on the way! Second, I waited 15 minutes for the food to be brought to me in my vehicle....meaning I had to call twice and ask if even my food was ready! Then the manager James stated it coming right out...which he was the person I spike to initially when arriving. I returned home with the food and it was cold and nasty! Money and time spent wasted!!!! I followed up with a call, spoke to the manager James and he proceeded to direct me back to the site or app I ordered and ask for a refund?!? While I was on the phone with said manager I asked where on the site but received no direction because the IHOP site does not have this option available nor does the app! This was the worst idea I had ordering from IHOP, should have stuck to my instincts and gone with a more reliable restaurant. Again, I understand the restaurant was busy but I gave ample time and notice before arriving! The lack of consideration, time and money spent was not worth it. I would not recommend THIS Ihop as their curbside offer does not do anything but provide cold food! FYI I only am 8 minutes from this establishment so our food should not have been cold!
I wish I could leave negative stars. We waited in the wait to be seated area for an unbelievably long amount of time until even the door dash guy started talking to us about how much he hates this restaurant because they don't care if people flat out die waiting to get in. I thought he was being paid by the competing restaurants in the area because of how passionate he was, like on a personal level. Maybe his mom died at that very IHOP waiting to eat. Probably.
