During my recent stay this was the only restaurant open however smelling the BBQ being smoked was enough to get me to come in at least once a day during my stay. Get the eggs Benedict for breakfast with a side of pulled pork oroad it on some nachos. The servers and bartenders were great! Ali, Bryan and Jason.
The service at the Hole in the Wall was TOP NOTCH. Everyone was so attentive but not overwhelming. I like how they just take care of needs without asking. As a manager myself in the hospitality industry I can appreciate.I did not spend time on the patio, but the view from there is one of the best in the desert. I'll be back in the summer.
Great Easter brunch! The made to order omelets were the best. They had a great little duo playing music, lots of variety.Also ate dinner here one night during our stay and all I can say is so much food! It was so good but no way I could eat it all, wish the hotel rooms had microwaves bc it would have been nice to eat round 2 in the room rather than waste it.
Had a wonderful experience! Quick and attentive staff, food was prepared well, and taste was delicious. We ate every bite and were full. Location is tucked back, off the road, behind hotel buildings. Outdoor seating was relaxing and spacious. Wished we had found it earlier in our trip so we could have gone again.
Food was not got at all. Went during dinner time. I would not recommend the nachos or chicken sandwich and fries. Mac and cheese were okay and fried pickles were okay. We got sick after eating. Not worth the price. There’s a good Italian place next door. (I looked at the reviews and saw not so good ones but thought I’d give it a shot and regret it)
Lunch brisket and the southwest Cesar salad were delicious. The gentleman who seated us was a little surly but the waitress made up for it with her courteous and bright nature.
We decided to give the Hole In The Wall at the Hilton Peaks a try for dinner. Wow were we surprised! I had the best smoked brisket I have ever had. The half roasted chicken was also very tasty and very tender. The mashed potatoes, veggies, rolls and salad were fantastic. If that were not enough - server Lee is as entertaining as he is a great server, and Chef Lionel has done the Hole in the Wall proud with his down home cooking. Don’t let the motif fool you, there is some serious cooking going on here. Pay attention to the photos, artwork, and Nick knacks around the place- they are the real deal. There is no cover charge for the entertainment (provided by Lee nightly), so drop in, pull up a chair, order the brisket or half roasted chicken and enjoy.
Really good food, and the waiter (sort I don’t remember the name) was one of the best I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable about anything you could ask
Great team and great food! The staff here are so kind and you can tell they really care and work as a team. Ate here a few times in our stay at the hotel and was so pleased by the experience!
Nice low key place to get a drink and some decent brisket. The staff were very friendly and drink knowledgeable. Nice place to get out of your room and chill. The lazy river is more than a bonus.
