After a tiring day in Arizona and after visiting the Grand Canyon, we found this traditional Afghani restaurant in Phoenix. The food was very fresh and tasty. Loved the food and recommended for those who like to try different cultural food.

Both the Sunday buffet and the lunch from the menu were fantastic experiences. Such delicious flavors, excellent quality, very friendly service. It definitely became our regular place right away!
Wow!!! Amazing food! Beautiful place! I post half eaten food when it is so mesmerizing I start eating before snapping a pic. I had chicken karahi, plain naan bread, and phirni pudding. I love cardamon, so cardamon flavored rice and milk pudding is a delicious option!

Went their for lunch and as usual didn't get disappointed. Wonderful service and very tasty food. Seekh kabab Tikka masalah is a must try, their Nihari is good too, servings are quiet big too. Lamb chops are mouth watering and served with Afghani rice. Don't forget to order Chai, gulaab jaman and firni, in the last, very yummy desserts.
We recently moved here and have been trying out many spots and finally have found the best one in the valley! Hilal Grill is delicious and very fairly priced. Great service too
