Neat little spot. By the looks of it, it looks like this used to be a Chinese restaurant. They have some round tables that have the turning platform in the middle. But they made it their own with the murals and decorations. The food was as expected for a Salvadorian restaurant. Being from Los Angeles, I'm hesitant about Salvadorian food elsewhere, but this hit the mark. The horchata was on point (which FYI is starkly different from Mexican horchata).Pupusas we're to my liking. I love it when they aren't super greasy. Some places make them too greasy just to have them cook faster and get them to the table. My brother prefers them oozing with grease. Me, not so much.If I'm in AZ again, I'd come back.

This place is amazing with awesome customer service and well cultured. I’m a former Salvadorian my self, born in nyc and raised by a Salvadorian family and I can see how accurate this awesome place is.

Food was good but service not up to par. We asked the waitress for water to start and she brought back 3 cups for our party of 4. As she came back to take our order, I ordered mine and then my husband ordered what he wanted and she left without asking if that was it. We had 4 people! She never noticed she only gave us 3 cups and never came to refill our water or to ask if we wanted anything else. My husband had to flag her down to order the rest of our order. They weren’t even busy and we noticed other waiters and waitresses checking on their other tables just fine but just not our waitress. We ordered the meat pies (beef pastelitos) but they were more like a potato ball and a few sprinkles of ground beef. I had wanted to order desert but after the service we were given, it doesn’t make us want to return.

Closes at six p.m. now!

Pupusas were delicious, glad to have a nearby spot to come to for Salvadoran food. Curtido was seasoned nicely, oregano flavors coming through??Plato TipicoChicarron Pupusa was delicious. Didn't care much for the Meat pie. Yucca fries had a interesting texture that I would probably get again.. Ended up getting another pupusa instead since their tamales werent ready yet.

It is a wonderful Salvadoran restaurant with a very extensive menu. I enjoyed different menu options, affordable pricing, its cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and diligent too. Highly recommend this place.

I love the pupusas here and I think the prices are fair. The staff is always friendly to me and they accept call ahead orders for carryout.

Ordered a mixed dozen of pupusas. The order came with sides and an amazing salsa. Way more food than I was expecting. And the quality and quantity for the price was excellent. Will be back and will recommend!!!! Thank you

The best El Salvadoran restaurant I have been to, to date! I may not look it, but my whole family is from El Salvador. We're in Houston and there are a few restaurants there, and I do like them... but this place is a whole other standard. Best pupusas I have ever had, hands down!! They're far and away superior to even what my mom makes (don't tell her I said that). If you're looking for a unique eating experience, look no further. Get some pupusas here and have your mind blown at what a top-quality example of a pupusa tastes like.

A true authentic experience! Great service, great food!
