Good coffee but closed quite often seemingly arbitrarily with regular still inside rudely telling you it's closed. Third time in a few months I've tried going in the middle of the day and they are "closed" with people inside milling about.
First time checking out Grinders, the coffee did not disappoint! I ordered the White Chocolate mocha with almond milk and it had a smooth & flavorful after taste! Definitely recommend checking it out, a small hidden gem in the Sunnyslope area.
Coffee drinks were great and my muffin was really good. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
I really like this place. Great coffee, nice neighborhood location, and a small local business. They could use an extra employee during busy times tho.
My first experience was so personable, I'm exclusively buying my coffee here going forward. The owner is amazing and well versed in his craft(SUPPORT LOCAL PEOPLE, So worth it). I had to write this review before I go in for my scones and to restock my coffee for the work week.

Visiting Phoenix for a long weekend and hate hotel coffee. Love finding local independent coffee roasters wherever we visit. This place fit the bill! Service was very friendly. Both outdoor and indoor seating available and beans roasted and ground in house. Excellent coffee!
Very disappointed. I went in early morning for a latte and it's was only 1 Worker. She took every order before making any orders for the ppl who had been in line. I do like to support small businesses and I totally understand the staff shortages at the time we are in now, but you have to be able to use common sense when being a server. I walked out and never got my drink. I waited over 10 minutes for my drink and when I asked how long she told me 1 minute. I told her I would return on my lunch break to get my drink and never did. The drinks were decently priced compared to other coffee shops. I was in a rush so I will give them another shot soon.
Unsure why any bad reviews would be posted on this place Chris is amazing and smart knows his coffee and I love his cold brew choice… have a great day
