Absolutely Delicious
The food is tasty and delicious. The environment is ok. The one who assisted us was very helpful and attentive. The only reason why I gave a 4 because there was no ice and I we ordered spicy food.
This place isn't named like that anymore.
I've been in this place three times now. The first time was wonderful the second time was okay but this last time- I'm done I'll never be back. No air conditioning, ice machine is broken. The waiter serves me lukewarm water & never comes back to ask me if I need anything while I'm waiting for my order... so I left and told him he can keep my order or give it to someone else.P.S. this restaurant is no longer called Godavari, it's Called Grace Indian Cuisine.
Very, very good food.
Great Indian Food .
I went with my sister and her good friend, who recommended it. The place was packed, always a good sign if the clientele matches the cuisine. Lots of South Asian dishes I never had before. The bathroom (they were apologetic) needs a workman immediately.
The food here is as good as one will find at a buffet and seems to get better every time I try it. I believe Godavari has the widest variety of dishes I've eaten in Phoenix, and I frequently find one or more dishes I've never tasted before. Everything is more authentically spiced than most East Indian buffets: it's not served bland for the typical American palate.
Ordered catering for my daughter's first birthday . The taste was good but the rice was stale . Apparently it was cooked way before the event may be one day before and it was stale already by the time of event . Felt very bad when ppl came telling me rice is not good any more . Also , salad was not delivered even when it was promised at the time of deal ans was charged separately .
This is currently the best indian buffet in north phoenix. Food is authentic spicy and tasty overall. Hope they don't lose the charm like other Indian restaurant did kn past. Lunch buffet is best option for food lovers. Also opening time food is more fresh.
