Had a horrible experience with this place. I go there all the time. My husband goes there all the time. Today we ordered from their app for delivery as we have done so many times in the past. We were supposed to receive our food at 1:44 PM which was one hour after I had ordered. At 2 o'clock PM I called the store because I did not have my food. I was informed that my food had already been picked up and I asked if they could tell me what time my food had been picked up. They looked up my name and said no. At 2:15 when I still did not have any food, I called back. The worker told me I could cancel the order on the app. I informed the worker that I could not cancel the order on the app because the order said it was already complete. The worker told me to hold on and she would get a manager. She then came back and asked me for my phone number. I gave her my phone number and she said the manager would call me. At 2:57 PM I get a call from a doordash driver saying that they are at the store and they are out of provolone cheese. Remember, I ordered from Goodcents, not DoorDash... I told her I didn't want the food anymore that we already ate because the manager was supposed to call me back so I could cancel my order. I then called the store again, at which time the manager was RUDE, demeaning to me, demeaning to her employees, and after ten minutes of her NOT listening and telling me that if I would stop talking she could try to help me out... she told me my food had already been delivered. I told her she must not be listening to what I'm saying because it was NOT delivered and I just want my money back. Then she told me the food was there and she would have it delivered. She obviously has no listening skills or customer service skills. In the end, she told me she would give me a refund but I would not see it on my account until Monday. So I don't even know if I will actually get the refund because I told her I was going to complain about her. I have literally spent thousands of dollars at this place purchasing lunches, dinners, catering, etc. I will NEVER return as long as this manager is there. No customer or employee should be belittled by a manager. I am disgusted by her behavior and I would NOT recommend anyone to go there anymore.

Subs were wonderful! Please give those girls some air conditioning! Poor things were so hot while working!

Always, and I mean ALWAYS fresh ingredients and the bread is absolutely perfect and delicious. Always smiles when ordering and eye contact.

As always, staff is friendly and food is delicious. They updated a few things like some signage and a fridge. This literally is the best place to go instead of subway!

So good! We’ve been looking for a good sandwich shop. Here it is! The sandwich was so good, the employees were super nice, and the chocolate chip cookie was bomb, too.

I really like this place. Their bread is so good. They cut the meat right there in front of you. The employees are friendly and efficent. Great place to get a fresh sub. I have recommended this place to a few people. Great job!

I discovered Goodcents subs 20 years ago. Out of curiosity, I stopped and ordered. The sub was so much better than the mainstream places, it quickly became my family’s favorite place for subs. The bread was amazing. Soft, flavorful, you couldn’t go wrong. Over the years I have visited the store The mainstream stores have no upper hand on this organization. More more more. More meat, more service, more flavor, more! I don’t care what other reviewers say, this place is amazing.

This place is way better than Subway the meets fresh not sitting in a pan all day long they make a right in front of you and prices are great

I order subs from this establishment once or twice a week my ticket is usually around $30 bucks every time. You are able to save your order and online and reorder the same order if and when you want it again. Apparently the website was updated so when I placed my order today the order was off. I called and asked if I could get them remade and was told that I would have to reorder and pay another $50 since I put the order in incorrectly and should have checked the order. I explained that I order the same way every week and have never had issues until now. I was still refused a remake or refund. After driving down and asking for a refund in person one employee told me she was not going to remake them while the other employee who wasn't taking the situation personally said she would help me out and remake the subs. I am leaving 2 stars since the one employee was willing to actually help and understood the situation without taking it personally and acting like a child.
