Great little place, New Mexico style food very good locally owned
Gil’s was absolutely great! They hosted 15 of us last night! The atmosphere was great, the service was exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious! We came in for a conference and they accommodated us greatly. Being from southern colorado Originally I was excited to find somewhere with green Chile and this did not disappoint. We will definitely be visiting here again when we come back to Phoenix next year for conference. Thank you Gil’s!

Great tasting New Mexican style food…chili had taste and just enough heat…service was great also…
A small cozy place tucked away in a small non descript strip mall. Offers an extensive menu with limited seating and hours of operations. Service is friendly, attentive and efficient. Enchiladas are traditional but rolled if you ask, salsa is tasty and there ia a xhunkier version, if you ask. Portions are great and always tasty. BYOB is a plus to me. Give it a try and ask for things you want. They will do their best to make you smile.
I am from out of town and I would definitely eat the items on their menu whenever possible. Excellent team with waiter and cook.
Gil's is the only place in memory to get food that tastes like my past home in Albuquerque NM. Spicy and delicious, everyone wanting the most authentic New Mexican food in Arizona, has to come to Gil's!
