The guy taking our was super helpful and friendly and let us know what's halal and what's not! Lots of vegetarian options too!! We will be coming back. Food portions were generous and it was excellent and piping hot!!
I live west of the e 303 in surprise and with gas prices being high, i still drive 35 miles to get the food here. Im from NY and the gyro and fries with the ziki sauce is best in phoenix!
Stopped by today with my boyfriend who had been dying for a good Gyro place. By chance we happened to see George's and gave it a try. He loves Gyros and I love pasta. We both loved it. The food tasted good and made us both happy. The pickle fries were my favorite! The place was also very clean and I could tell the regulars were well appreciated there. George talked to us for a bit and I appreciated how nice he was. It was a good vibe. My boyfriend and I both agreed it would be in our top 5 places to go. Seriously people, try this place!! Referred by a co-worker and had my first visit Saturday. Food is fantastic, service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. What more can you ask for on a weekend date.
A hidden gem! The food is AMAZING- I had a Chicago dog. 1. It was presented beautifully 2. It was effing delicious. 3. The restaurant is clean and staff is super friendly. George is hilarious and a great host. I felt like i was back home in Chicago. Will definitely be coming back and ordering regularly! Thanks George!
The sauce was very good. The food itself was very basic. It's just hard to eat while George is firmly talking about race, war in Ukraine, and government politics.
