The naked relleno was a hit! The fuego salad was also good but too much lettuce/greens.
3/5 stars because although the food is REALLY good, the scene is not for me. It was probably 80 to 85 degrees inside (they have fans but didn't turn them on?), REALLY loud, live music (they did move us as far away from it as they could, which I appreciated, but still it was overwhelming). Kind of an older scene (nothing wrong with that, just not what I was looking for). Our waitress only checked on us twice throughout our experience and it smelled strongly of weed. They said it's a weed-friendly hotel so although you're not allowed to smoke in the restaurant itself, the scent is everywhere. Kind of hard to eat with that scent, sweat dripping down my back, and struggling to talk to my dinner company due to how loud it was.
5th visit and all remains superb.
Wonderful selection of dishes. Fantastic wait staff and musician (piano). Very nice table for two in loungeâ¦only ding hotel patrons running back and forth (elevator) and in foyer. We will be going backð
Experience was great as usual. The food was great as usual. Our server was very nice and friendly, we have had her before.
Food was great, good service, there was a large party of 16 there, so it was a little loud. Definitely will go back!
This place is great food was delicious. That pasta was so good . Lunch was $15 and the mule was $15. Not too bad but the portions are huge. I'll go back and recommend this place.
We are not used to eating at restaurants associated with hotels. So fuego was a very pleasant surprise. The service was very good and the food outstanding. I called it Puerto Rican style food. There is a lounge area and someone was playing piano. A small band was arriving as we were leaving.
Cuisine is flavorful, unique and varied. Cornbread is almost like dessert. Have delicious fish, pork, beef and chicken dishes and a couple of vegetarian ones also. Drinks are creative and tasty. Portions are large. Good attentive service. A unique location and contemporary interior. We bring friends there whenever we get the chance.
It was extremely loud with musicians in bar. Couldnât hear at all, and I have perfect hearing. Fish was overdone and overpriced. Not sure weâll be back.
