This store does a rewards program just like Safeway. I was excited about this. BUT it turns out that it way different. Safeway gives you 10 cents off at the gas pumps for each reward point you earn. The reward points are 1 full point for every hundred dollars you spend. At Fry's you get 1 point for every 100 hundred dollars but you need 1000 points to get 10 cents off at the gas station. This loyalty program doesn't really promote loyalty. The stores are clean and the clerks helpful. They need a rewards program that is worth the time.

Conveniently located in Downtown Phoenix right across from the Footprint Center! They will validate your parking for 2 hours also if you need to shop their store! I totally recommend it!

Overall lovely store, there is a cashier by the name of Faye with a bad attitude. Went into the store yesterday and she was my cashier, she was handling the groceries some any kind of way, snatching and throwing things into bags. When she was done with her temper tantrum, she proceeds to shove a bag in my face, talking about "thank you have a nice day" like she was trying to rush me....I really don't know if she was having a bad day or going through something personal, but It really makes me not want to come back as a customer.

I usually avoid downtown grocery stores like the plague. I was a bit desperate though and needed a few things and this was the closest store. I generally like Kroger stores and this Frys did not disappoint me. I was very pleased with the size, organization, layout, cleanliness, and stock available at this store. I had a few questions while I was there and received help from two different employees that were kind, timely, and accurate in their assistance. My compliment to the management of a very well-run store. I'll keep this one in mind for future visits for sure.

This is a pretty nice Fry's for being in the main part of downtown. It's like a combination of grocery store and restaurant options. There is a Starbucks, sushi spot, a chompies and even a wine bar. The frys itself is small but well designed and has pretty much everything you would expect from a larger store. It's a great spot if you are attending events or conferences and are looking for a quick place to get some food at an affordable price you can't really beat this spot.

I bought a "mix-a-6-pack" and, instead of charging $10.99, they charged $21. I asked the cashier to correct the mistake, and she told me it wasn't possible because it was alcohol, and the manager wasn't available.I interacted with 3 staff in addition to the cashier: "Ken", a guy who looked like "Badger" from Breaking Bad, and a female with a very large nose piercing. They all showed a total lack of empathy. That's a cultural problem. Management should take note.

I was wanting to get my covid booster shot and the flu shot. I was struggling to get the online appointment process finished. Fiona the Pharmacists went above and beyond for me and helped get me in and out with complete ease. From the start to finish.....IT'S AN AMAZING FEELING WHEN SOMEONE GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP OTHERS......ID GIVE 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆'S❣️Thank you so very much for starting my day off the right way....Great ??

Isn’t the cleanest frys but I was expecting for the restroom to be at least decent. The female restroom was disgusting, barely any toilet paper and no soap at all. Tissue all over the floor, floor looking like it hasn’t been mopped in months or probably since it’s been open, given that they are a new location. Lack of sanitation even during a whole pandemic?

Have to give them credit for keeping pricing parity with other Fry's. It's nice to shop in town without getting upcharged for it. Parking is convenient and item choice is good given the size of the place. Unfortunately customer service hours are different from business hours, so when I went to ask about an item that was scanned incorrectly, they told me that customer service had already closed for the night and to "come back tomorrow." I understand they are probably running on tight margins but for such a simple question someone should have been able to help.

I was in Phoenix from Michigan to escape the cold. Fry’s pharmacy was able to fill my prescription (opioids.) I almost had to cancel my trip cuz it was due halfway into my visit. My doctor sent it electronically and they filled it. Really helped me out and I’m grateful.
