I was visiting Phoenix for only a couple of days, but came here twice because it was so good. They have a lot of good really interesting flavors to choose from and a cup with two flavors in it including tip will run you about $7.50. The staff is nice, they will allow you to sample quite a few so that you can make your choice. I'd gladly come back!

Not bad. I love their huge selection of flavors and also I love how in each ice-cream bucket they also have fresh fruit pieces sitting on top- making for a neat and colorful presentation. Speaking of fruit, they had a lot of fruit flavors too such as mango- yum- so much to choose from. You can also sample the flavors too. The employees working there too were great- they are quick to serve so you go through the line quickly. Only downside is seating inside is very limited, however they do have seats outside- and since it's shaded- it didn't get too hot. Also, they even brought water to customers sitting outside- a nice touch!
We went here after dinner for dessert with friends and family. It was truly one of the best gelatos I've had. I had Amoretto flavor, my husband had chocolate chip mint. I did taste my daughter's raspberry sorbet and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly go again. Oh, and it's pet friendly!
I usually have a good experience. It’s Friday night treating my daughter to some ice cream after a long day at work. We are in a long line waiting outside finally get in by the counter. A young guy asks me if I want some samples but I saw he was serving someone else. Then a young lady skipped me and started giving the young couple behind me samples and I’m just there with my daughters seeing her give all different samples. I finally ask the lady that seem to be a supervisor if she can help us. I was skipped. I felt like if I was invisible. The counter lady that skipped me said she didn’t see me. (How could she not see me? I promise I’m not invisible.) I wasn’t expecting that, I just had my daughter get what they think they would like without sampling. Just a feedback so next time to not have it happen to others that didn’t have a great day to begin with.
Great Gelato at very low prices. You wouldn't think to get such low prices at the Biltmore, and taste isn't sacrificed due to their low price points. People recognize the value here, which is why the line is often out the door, but never really too bad. I was out in under 8 minutes despite starting outside the door at the back of the line.
I come here from time to time . I love that every time I visit, there are different flavors from the time before! It is so cute how they decorate the display. It is a perfect place for some yummmmmy gelato. If you order medium size, you can get 2 flavors in a cup which is a plus. My favorite is the hazelnut kind and cheesecake. Taste is always good and you can ask for a sample if you aren’t sure you will like the flavor. I was not aware of this until recently but they offer catering as well which is awesome! I think this would be a great snack option for work meetings or get together/parties! Biltmore location also have a few tables outside!
If you crave Gelato, you should head over here.. super yummy and delicious! Plenty of different options, just wish for my favorite black licorice. Indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of parking around.
What an excellent place to stop for some gelato after getting a bite to eat, right in the beautiful Camelback East corridor.They offer a wide variety to choose from, and you don't have to limit yourself to what you can eat then and there. Order a pint or quart to take home. From flavors like pineapple, cheesecake, mango & strawberry to traditional carmel, chocolates, etc. you can't go wrong here. Delicious! There's a small seating area inside but some tables outside on the walkway are available.
For a mall ice cream place this Gelato is so good. I would go here nomatter where it was. You get to be the #1 dessert place for a reason and the gelato will always be the best reason to come here. Love bubblegum, our son loved regular vanilla and my husband had his deep chocolate with a truffle.
